Wesley H.This company is a joke. Paid cash because supposedly to save some money. Found out by doing that I lost $235. Paid to have my tub refinished, he did and looked good. Only lasted couple months before it started peeling off. He kept giving me bs excuses and making appointments and didnt call or show. If I could give this so called company a zero I would. Avoid this place at all cost.
Travis H.Bath and Kitchen solutions is a sham of a business! I used them to resurface my bathtub and surrounding tile. The job seemed like it was done well until I used the tub 5 days later (suppose to be dry in 24 hours). Part of the resurface material came up and so I called Johnny back to tell him that I needed to use the 5 year warranty and get it repaired. I got a "I'll call you tomorrow and schedule". No word, I called and texted several times to no avail. I finally got an appointment and then he didn't show up saying he thought it was "another day" rescheduled again for next day and was a no show again. This guy is a dead beat, lying con artist. Got someone to come in and fix his mess. If you want to be scammed Johnny is your guy, if you want a stand up contractor look elsewhere. Requested check be made out directly to him and not the business.

Linda T.This company is a disreputable as is possible. I had "Johnny" booked to go to my customer's home to refinish the tub. (1) He showed up 2 hours late with his wife and dog. (2)He then announced that he was not prepared to do the job that day. (3) He knew I was hiring him and yet he quoted pricing to my client (4) he came back for the next appointment an hour late but did what appeared to be a great job with a 15 year warranty...2 weeks later the resurfacing started peeling off. (5) He has now lied on 4 occasions about coming out to repair the job........NEVER SHOWED UP.
I have hired a reputable company to repair his terrible work.
WE WILL SEE HIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS WE ARE DRAFTING THE 30 NOTICE TO HIM AND FILING 30 DAYS FROM MONDAY AS IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
THIS MAN IS AN INCOMPETENT and a LIAR ...DO NOT USE THIS C0OMPANY!!!!
