Wednesday arrived on time to perform the backflow test. It turned out though that the backflow assembly was removed as part of an upgrade to the system that replaced the connection to the city water system with a glycol feeder. She did not charge me for the visit and refused any sort of payment even when offered and advised me how I should contact the city. A+ service.
