John bid and installed the plumbing when we build our home eight years ago. We have been pleased with all the work he did then and we have called on Bates Plumbing to any minor repairs and upgrades ever since. They have proven reliable, backed their work and are prompt.

I have been working with Kelly for a couple of years and have been satisfied with his service until the last two times i have used him. He replaced a hot water heater, his people came the wrong day and when they returned they brought a cheaper model than we had discussed for the bid, the installed it incorrectly, they did not have all the parts they needed and when then they said that they needed to order the last part and would come back and complete the job, they DID NOT!! Unfortunately I paid them already. I have called and Called with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
