I woke up at midnight to find about 1 inch of water in my workroom. First thing in the morning I called Batavia Plumbing Co. and they arrived within 30 minutes. After a full day's work they had 2 new 40 gallon hot water heaters installed, as well as a utility sink that I've been wanting to get installed. They were extremely prompt, a pleasure to work with, and very reasonable in their pricing. I asked if there was anything I could do to help, and they replied ""nope"". No mess left behind, and they removed the previous heaters immediately. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for above quality work at a fair price.

Our large water heater sprung multiple leaks and water was pouring out. Thankfully someone was home and called multiple local plumbers to come out asap to fix it. Paul and Charles arrived within the hour and assessed the situation and we moved forward with the new installation. They were able to pickup the new one and install along with our pump repair for a fair and competitive price within a couple hours! They were very professional and personable. This is the only Plumbing company that we will call. The father and son team are always upfront with the cost and what needs to be done. Occasionally, they will run into a snag and your job will be more expensive. But that is because something else NEEDS to be done too. Never did we feel like we were being ripped off. They were always polite and courteous. I would give the ten stars if I could.

I am a long time, repeat customer. This time the job took some thinking and a less reputable company could easily have run the table and jacked up the bill by taking a more complex route. They solved the problem, made the repair and saved a lot of time and money.
I'll call them again because i don't feel as though i've just been to the proctologist.

Honest excellent work, good prices. They won't charge you for what doesn't need to be done. They indicate what is/isn't a priority. Chuck even helped me with a few problematic sinks without additional charges. They are also a good place for other local referrals.

3 wks have gone by and I'm still feeling the pain of being ripped off by theses guys. Just can't believe a local business would take advantage of someone. Guess you can't trust anyone anymore, I needed a refrigerator water line hooked up and a water softener reprogrammed, when I called they said $140 an hour plus any parts they might need to replace. Little did I know there was hidden charges, charges of travel time, I was being charged before they even walked in to my home.
They replaced a shut off valve and supposedly replaced my water line, must been dipped in gold because my 1 hour of them being here turned into $290! And I know for a fact they were there only an hour. And even on my receipt it says replaced valve and hooked up frig, nothing about a new line. never again will I be taken advantage of by these so called ""plumbers""

10 Stars! I do not say this lightly: This father and son team are the only plumbers you will ever need or want to call. They have worked on my family's haunted plumbing for years. They do excellent quick work at very modest prices, they always do EXACTLY what they said they would, at the time they say they would. In short not only an exceptional company, but excellent people. Also they are a tremendous resource for word-of-mouth recommendation for other work you may need done on your house or property.
