Best Plummer hands down. Baswell staff are prompt, HONEST and skilled. Did I mention HONEST? Jason replaced 2 toilets in under an hour and quickly diagnosed AND fixed another issue in a subsequent visit. By comparison another Plummer that will remain nameless (it's a president's name) spent the entire time trying to sell me on their annual service. He was unable to resolve the problem that I called about and told me to ""watch it"". I highly recommend Baswell plumbing and will use no one else.

WARNING! They charge for travel time to and from your home!!!!!! And they don't warn you about this on their web site, nor when booking an appointment. Their effective billing rate, of $125/hr, turned out to be MUCH MORE, when you factor in that they charged for travel time, which other plumbers don't!!

The plumber was at our home in Mill Valley for around a half hour, yet the labor charge on my bill was $187.50. When I called to complain, they explained that they charge for commute time, and offered me a $31.25 ""discount"". REALLY! Some discount. Maybe i'm lucky they didn't charge me for gas or a new set of tires.?

Jason has come out twice to snake out a clog in our sewer line. He is courteous, efficent and knowledgable. Both times that I called the dispatch was able to get someone out within a day or two and the tech showed up on time. Their prices seem reasonable as well at $128 for the snaking service.
