Had Tony come to the house for a second opinion on a clogged washer drain. First company I used quoted over 12k to saw cut garage slab and replace the line. Their tech didn't even use the clean out but used the P-trap to snake the line. That's why his snake got snagged due to all the curves and bends. Tony re-snaked the line through the clean out to the main and water ran clear for over 10 minutes. Honesty seems increasingly rare these days however Bastanchury Plumbing now has a repeat customer due to their work ethic and fair business practices. Thank you!

Shout Out for Bastanchury Plumbing. Quick response from owner Tony on Tuesday and this morning Carl came to replace our kitchen faucet. Carl was friendly, knowledgeable, on time and charming. As seniors it can be scary having unknown workers in our home but Carl can come anytime.

Tony helped me fix a leak that had caused significant damaged. He did a temp repair in minutes to stop the damage, then came back after my insurance company's review to finish the job easily. I needed a few other items fixed around the property, and his team did then all fast, and at a fair price. I recommend them very highly!!

Called for a small job installing a faucet, waited about a week, but since we had them do work previously and they did a good job, we waited. Day of appointment it was raining and they called to confirm. When he arrives and we tell him that we don't want him to walk on our freshly cleaned carpets with his wet work boots, he shrugs and says that he can't take his boots off and then says "" I can't do this job"" and leaves! Doesn't even give me a chance to find an alternate way for him to get in side to do the job! Terribly unprofessional!

Tony installed a new shower, sink and faucet in our master bath. Bea gave us a 2 hour window, Tony arrived at the earlier hour on both of 2 visits. He did a great job, helped us find a part for an older faucet, and his prices are reasonable.
I don't think you can ask for much more than that.

After buying new appliances I needed a recessed ice maker line for the fridge and a gas cock put in for my new range.

I emailed a service request and later that day I was contacted by Tony. I explained my situation and told him I only had a few days to get it done.

A couple of days later Tony arrived on time as promised, and took care of business.

He was quick, and very knowledgeable. He completed the job with ease, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards.

Once he was all done, he tested all of his work.

I believe his pricing was fair, and not unnecessarily inflated.

I have a few projects to go, and I will look no further for another plumber...Bastanchury Plumbing is the way to go!

I wish I could rate Bastanchury Plumbing more stars. We had a plastic bottle that was accidentally flushed down our toilet and needed to be removed. We asked around and Bastanchury Plumbing was recommended. They stated a time of between 9 and 11 and our Plumber Carl was here a 9:15. He went to work right away, and work he did. Luckily, the object was stuck in the toilet, but unluckily Carl had to remove the toilet and begin working on getting it out.

Carl did not give up, after two hours of tackling the hard plastic object he was able to remove it. Many would have given up a lot sooner and told us to buy a new toilet...but not Carl. He also unclogged a sink and fixed a slow leaking shower. The total cost was $200 for over 2 hours of work.

I highly recommend using Bastanchury Plumbing and ask for Carl. He was professional, optimistic, informative and very friendly....I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
