Pam C.Bassett Services didn't fix my plumbing problem instead they gave me an estimate for $4,905 that still would not have fixed my problem. My husband fixed our plumbing problem and he is not a plumber and it took him less than 30 minutes and only $20. They wanted to tear up my house and charge me almost $5,000 for a job that only cost $20. They are still trying to charge me $325 for something they didn't even fix. They are just out for money. Not happy and will never recommend Bassett Services.
