Kimberly S.EATON OHIO LOCATION-DO NOT USE THEM. I scheduled my first maintenance for my A/C which I had to wait for 3 weeks for the first opening and then they never showed up. When I contacted them I was told a ""mistake was made"" so I gave them another chance which took another 3 weeks. Again a ""mistake was made"". They couldn't get a technician out since they were ""all in homes"". If I could leave 0 stars I would.
