Called early morning on Monday, appointment scheduled all day window up to 5:00 PM, no show, text or phone call, follow up with a call and the response was to reschedule.
Rescheduled for Friday, window 10:00 AM to 12:00 M. Received a text on Tursday that the appointment window was between 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, called on Thursday around 4:30 PM, spoke to the dispatcher, explained the above and confirmed a new window time from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, by 1:10 PM, No show, Text or call, I called to follow up and they just said that some emergency happened and rescheduled to 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, canceled and back to square one!

BEST Plumbing Service: We just had an excellent experience with Saul and Kyle this afternoon. They hydro jet cleaned/cleared our main sewer line from the house to the street (about a 120 feet) removing snarls of tree roots that had completely blocked it our system. We got 3 bids and BEST was about $450 less than competitors. The whole interaction was positive and we feel comfortable recommending Saul and Kyle to our neighbors. Very professional demeanor.

We had a problem with no water coming into the entire house. Called Best Plumbing & they responded quickly & sent a technician out. He arrived & within 5 minutes of us expressing our problem & concerns he had water flowing! We were so impressed by is knowledge, professionalism & concern. The technician (Marcus M) accessed the problem & had it working in no time. He gave us advice in the event the situation came up again and we trusted his advice & had it done. We previously had 2 companies come out. Both of which gave us their opinions but they absolutely were wrong. However the technician knew exactly what to do & our water was restored. No gouging, & no unnecessary repairs. I would highly recommend them in the future The knowledge & professionalism of the tech (Marcus) was impressive!

So disappointing. We had them out to fix a clogged sink and they did and it cost $280 to snake the drain. four hours later our toilet started overflowing with poop water everywhere. Best Plumbing was closed so an emergency plumber from HELP came to fix the new issue (another $175). When we called to request a refund for the issue Best Plumbing caused we were told that there was no way it was their fault and they wouldn't be doing anything to remedy the situation. We were very impressed with HELP plumbing, though, and would recommend you just give them a call.

We had used Best previously to get a gas line repaired quickly and returned to them for an estimate on some plumbing. I shared with them when scheduling the appointment we are trying to get a ballpark idea, same when they had someone at our house for the estimate. Over a week goes by and we still didn't receive the estimate, I called and asked when to expect it. Only to be called back and told they are not taking on remodels at this time, which was fine considering we weren't to that stage and were just interested in the estimate. Although, I would have just been ghosted if I wouldn't have called and asked. Not super impressed with how short and hesitant the receptionist was when I asked if I could still get the estimate, awkward silence over the phone and I was asking if I should expect a call back and she hung up- so safe to assume I won't ever receive it. It's a pretty poor experience to have my time wasted and not even receive an estimate. I don't recommend Best as my experience so far has been they are a good company for when you are in a jam and they can make a quick buck. I would go somewhere else instead that has better business practices.

WARNING: Do not use this company! I paid BEST $480 to rebuild a leaky outdoor hose bib. When the technician had completed his work, he told me that he had replaced all of the internal parts in the faucet, yet it continued to leak. He said that the housing around the bib had probably warped over the years and was not reparable; he offered to replace the entire hose bib for $462 more. That's $942 total for a faucet! I declined. After the technician left, I took the leaky faucet apart myself and saw that he had replaced only the external parts that the consumer can see (vacuum breaker, head nut) and had not replaced any critical internal parts (operating rod, plunger, and drain valve). The technician lied about the work performed, then tried to sell me an entirely new hose bib. NOTE: I was able to order a rod assembly for $45 online and replace the old rod in 10 minutes. Problem solved. Bottom line: stay away from this company! They are deceptive and will charge you for work not done or not done properly, then lie and try to sell you something more that you don't need. I would be skeptical of the credibility of the good reviews that you see here. I have written to BEST requesting a full or partial refund of my $480 and have not received a reply.

Update after owner response:

Yes, I did agree to the service and the price, but my comment that the price is outrageous for the work done still stands. This, to me, was a potential emergency situation, so having already taken a day off work, with a licensed professional standing in my home on a Friday, I couldn't fathom not having him complete the service. I simply would not be able to have had another company come out that same day or over a weekend. When I had called to schedule, if the price of service had been told to me then (which it's a fixed price it seems so it could've been), I would've sought out a different company. I'm not looking for any compensation. I would leave the same review if I had declined the service, so the signing of documents is irrelevant. Simply seeking to let others in the same situation aware of what they may be getting themselves into.

Kevin was great. After flooded basement, replaced Sump Pump and shored up pipes. DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED HELP OUTSIDE OF HOURS.

Sump pump died Sat and no one to even call until Monday!
