Watch out for service contract. Automatically renews and accounting dept takes it out of your checking acct.
I woke up on a Saturday morning to my water heater leaking water out the bottom of the unit. We called another company who couldn't respond until Monday . We called Best plumbing and was redirected to Bassett. They took our info and had a technician call us within a couple of hours and he was at our place. He assessed the problem and gave us 3 options. We chose the best for our budget and he made a materials list and said he would return to do the job. An hour or so later he was there with a quality unit of our choosing and the upgraded power vent model we wanted to change to. He did the work really timely and was a very clean meticulous worker. We are so happy we called them now and Cody Ralph did a fantastic job for us!

Karen L.Best plumbing used to be my go to then they became bassett...hadx2 leaks to repair...delay after delay,poor communication, technician with questionable skills wh when he could not turn off water and very high cost resulted in my going with a very skilled local plumber who did a great job at half the cost.
We had an air conditioner replaced which went well and we bought the yearly check up service. A few months later we were bombarded with reminders that we needed to have a check up on the furnace so we called and scheduled one on a Friday. They said a technician would be here between 10 and 12. We waited until 1:30 and then called. It sounded like an answering service. We said he never even called to explain. She said she would have someone call us. No one ever called. It is now Tuesday and nothing. This company bought out Drake heating and air who we used for years. I can tell you that Drake always did what they said and we never had any trouble with them. I don't know what we are going to do since we paid for the check up service but considering how this has been handled I don't know if we even would trust the person if or when he comes.
