I would highly recommend Bass Rooter Services. They provide great service, are very professional and at great prices. Kevin, the owner, went above and beyond helping me out in an emergency situation and it is rare to find customer service like that anywhere else. His people were also very professional and helpful as they did an excavation project at my house. I highly recommend them as they did top notch work with great customer service. I will not look any further for a better plumbing company.

Bass Rooter Services was professional and I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs. After finding the team on yelp, I called them and set an appointment for 11 AM the next day. The next day, at 11:00 on the dot, he called and said he was outside! Within 15 minutes, he identified and fixed the problem. He offered to email me my invoice so it would be easy to forward onto my landlord. His prices are also very fair. Highly recommend!

They ALWAYS answer the phone and send out plumbers promptly.  Within the past two weeks, I have had occasions to call twice with fairly urgent concerns.  Both times, they sent a terrific plumber within several hours.  I called this morning with a broken wastewater pipe. The plumbers were at my house by noon, cutting out a  concrete patch, placing a new pipe,  and resealing the site.   The big job was finished expertly before 4:30 p.m. These two individuals were extremely professional and pleasant.

Mark and his team were fantastic! Quick to get me a quote on replacing my water heater after one phone call and 3 pictures.  Other plumbers either wanted to schedule an in person estimate a week out, took days to respond to my inquiries, or said they wouldn't replace my 75gal tank.   On the job, Mark was courteous and communicative, took exactly 2 hours as he quoted me, and left the garage as clean as he found it. Mark will be my first call next time i need a plumber.
