A Basio HVAC expert came out and fixed our boiler drip from the condensation tubing, and even explained what was wrong -- it was plugged from time and debris, and we could check and then clean if needed, annually. He then went to start the install of a second-story shower vent line to the exterior and realized he wasn't going to be able to crawl out the teeny tiny window to place the vent cap, so he called for another expert to assist on that. She was excellent, as well.

I had their employee Trent come to my house to in Altona for a sewer snake clean out. First he moves my water heater to get a better shot at the clean out trap and now my water heater leaks bad!!! Second he charges me $130.00 for the job and didn't put the cap back on the clean out. Last when I called his boss and told him all of this he said well he only charges you $97.00. I said no he didn't so I sent him a picture of my receipt and he said his employee lied to him & me. But now I've got to buy a new water heater. His boss didn't even try to make things better just threw it under the rug!

I had a slow drain, again. Basio fixed it 5 years before. Trent showed up. There was a problem before, auger got stuck. Told Trent three times about the last time. His response, ""I've been doing this for twenty years I know what I'm doing."" Auger got stuck, would not pull out. By the time he was done, backhoe, started digging at access hole, no good, went out 150' to the city line, looking for a 100' cable, dug up and smashed his way through 50' of sealed tile, went back to other end, dug and smashed, no good, tied cable to backhoe, pulled up, cable stretched, snapped, steel whip went sky rocket. Dug and smashed. He was supposed to show me what was wrong. Next thing I knew, he had dug up and smashed the rest of what had been a $5,000 sewer line retrieving a $300 cable. Did crummy job of filling in ditch. I complained and he said, ""I dig the ditch and I fill it in I don't make it look pretty if you want that done it'll cost you $50 an hour."" Complained to Sam. Trent came back and he was enraged, at me, THE CHECK BOOK. The Only Reason you should use Trent and Basio would be that they are the only available plumber in Knox or Rock Island or Tazewell Counties!!
