I had Basin fix the central A/C on my house in Ritzville. They charged $700 dollars to replace a $150 part that took him 30 minutes to replace. After he left I noticed he forgot to reattach a bracket. Rather than pay for another $150 dollar service call, I reattached the bracket myself.
