Christie and her guys are the real deal. My home is 80 years old and her plumbers treated it as if it was brand new and with respect. They left the area cleaner than they found it. At first as soon as one thing was fixed it would break inches over, that didn't stop them. They went out 20 feet on the cold and 20 feet on the hot until the main line held. They also gave me peace of mind that they not only knew what they were doing, but it showed thru in their workmanship. I highly recommend Basin Plumbing.

We suspected a leak in the water line from house to street. Called our insurance company and filed a claim around 9:00 AM. Basin Plumbing called less than 30 minutes later and confirmed that their Master Plumber was on his way. Within 2 hours the leak was detected and repaired. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Would highly recommend this company.

Failed to show for an appointment. They called the night before and left a voicemail saying they will be arriving towards the later end of the 8-10 appt window, but never mentioned that I needed to call them to confirm I still needed the appointment. They claimed they tried calling around 8:15 to confirm again but did not leave a voicemail when the phone was not answered and I show no record of a missed call. Instead they just decided to cancel my appointment without even a message saying so. I took time off work to be home for the appointment window, tried calling at noon and got no answer, when I finally got an answer at 1pm they made it sound like it was my fault for not answering my phone and never apologized about the mix-up. At no point in the scheduling of the appointment did they mention that I would need to confirm my appointment the day before/morning of otherwise it would be canceled. This is clearly unacceptable and I would never recommend this company.
