Owner will collect your down payment, and bounce.
The owner of this company does not obtain a journey man license. For the past a few years, he ( Joshua ) has been paying and switching different people's licenses, attached to his general contractor's license.
This company used to Called Westview plumbing. Owner couldn't finish jobs, behind rent, behind bills, not paying employees, license got pulled, vehicle got repossessed. That's why they shut down and restart in another person's name.
