Great service. I needed some faucets replaced the same day. Greg was very courteous throughout, and able to be here quickly. He even went to the plumbing supply and picked up my new faucets. He also replaced a shower head that I added to the job at the last minute. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Base One Plumbing.

I called the home warranty insurance company to get service on our shower that had been dripping all night and we were unable to stop it. They referred us to Base One Plumbing we explained to the Home Warranty Company that we were leaving on Monday for Christmas they told us to call Base One and advise them of our problem, They said that Base One would have the Work Order so we called them on Friday morning 12/16/2022 at 7:45 AM Base One answered the phone and was very rude I think his name might have been Gregg but I'am not sure. After I explained our problem to Base One and said we were trying to leave for Christmas on Monday 12/19/2022 he told me that he was trying to leave for Christmas also has was everyone else and if I didn't like it we could call the other plumbing company that was giving a time of seven weeks to respond. he then told me to go out to the street and turn the water off until he had time to repair it. I'am 80 years old and disabled and have no idea where the valve is. That's why I have the insurance policy, he was very rude. I understand that he was very busy but he could have just said that has soon has he was able to check his schedule he would call me back and see how quick he could come out. Instead he would check his schedule Monday 12/19/2022 and call me.
