Heather has been a part of Barton Boys for over years and manages the office with a steady presence. She manages all bookkeeping and staff benefits, and she also handles our personnel policies, as well as our Labor & Industries and OSHA compliance. Heather is QuickBooks certified, detail-oriented, and is a key reason why Barton Boys has maintained a high level of efficiency in our office and accounting since she took on the financial responsibilities.

Our furnace went out last winter and they said it would be 2-3 weeks before anybody called. Sure enough, it was, by then we found somebody that cared if we were cold and already had a new furnace installed.
Gail H.I had great experiences with this company over the years. These low ratings and complaints I have read does not even describe The Barton Boys. They don't charge a diagnostic fee and then charge for labor and materials at a flat rate...they are strictly time and material which ends up being much cheaper. Gary is an awesome technician and very thorough. I wouldn't use anyone else now that I've used them and ask for Gary every time.
They don't return calls - ""ED"" the manager was supposed to call back several times and never did. We had to deal with them through our home warranty ( we did not get to choose which company to use for our HVAC system). They came out to our house three different times for the same issue, never fixed problem. AC unit would work for one to two days max after they came out to house then would stop working again. The home warranty through Fidelity was a joke, and having them come out to my house three times was a waste of time and money as they never fixed the issue. Its now 100 degrees this week and my AC unit still does not work. I had an HVAC tech come out to our house who is a coworker of my husbands and he pointed out all sorts of things wrong with the unit that Barton Boys failed to mention or tend to.
We've called them multiple times attempting to set up a appointment to get quotes on a tankless water heater and ductless heating and AC and they've never returned any calls. Ridiculous customer service.
Tiffany K.I would give negative stars if I could. DON""T use these guys. They installed the hvac system in my home 2 years before I bought it. It pretty much hadn't been used as the home had only been occupied for a couple of months previous to my buying it. I had problems right away so naturally called the company that installed my system. After about 7 service calls (they charged for each one), I finally called another company. My problems were because they ILLEGALLY installed the system with no pad of any kind under the system AND installed it sideways, destroying the coil. So, they not only did a bad install, they continued to drain money out of me and not one technician had the integrity to tell me the truth. These guys are CROOKS!
K P.These guys were the only ones who were willing to come out on the Friday evening before the Fourth of July to replace our furnace blower/motor. Their after-hours rate was reasonable, and the gentleman who did the service was extremely informative and nice. He was in and out very quickly. Everything has been running smooth since then. Some of the other companies that I called that offered after-hours services seemed annoyed with my call, but Barton Boys took the job with friendliness. We will utilize them for our fall and spring tuneup services.
Discovered our AC was not blowing cold air last night. This morning my wife called 2 companies to request service. The Barton Boys were the first to call back. My wife spoke to Ed who was able to squeeze us in the schedule today.
I was expecting a 5:00 to 6:00 PM service call, but Nick showed up a 2:30. A pleasant surprise. Nick was very professional and was in and out within 20 minutes with the repair and paperwork done. Good people.

Our tech, Nick, was on time and fixed our problem in about 15 minutes. Now my AC is blowing cold again. Nick could not have been nicer. I thought the price was fair.
I would recommend them to anyone.
My technician was awesome. He arrived on time went right to work evaluating my furnace and cooling. He didn't try to hard sell me anything and my furnace is 20 years old! He spent extra time testing inside and out and made sure to answer all my questions. A great company. Im so happy!
Sweetleaf R.STAY ""FAR"" AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE.
I noticed that my central air wasn't working at about 1:00pm on 7-1-14, the hottest day of the year(97 degrees). I called the ""Barton Boys"" and the guy told me that a tech would be out later that day. Well, this was total B.S. and they knew it. I received a call from a different guy at about 3:45pm, saying this was a mistake and they couldn't get there until the next afternoon. He was making it like I misunderstood the guy and the guy was filling in for someone else. I told the him that this was total B.S. and that I wasn't happy. I was SOOOO angry because YOUR WORD IS YOUR BOND, especially when you own a company. They knew they had the fish on the hook and knew that it was too late in the day for anyone else to come out, due to me living an hour out of town.
I stewed on this ( in my HOT house) for about an hour and decided to call
NORCO HEATING & COOLONG. I said that if I had to wait until the next day because this LIEING company backed out on me, then I might as well call someone else and give them the business. I spoke with the gal from NORCO and she told me a tech could be there in the morning between 8:00am - 9:00am. I said, book it.
I called and left a message with the Barton Boys to cancel my appointment because I found an HONEST company the would honor their appointment. I told them that they could NOT BE TRUSTED and I had this terrible gut feeling that they would cancel on me again.
I WOULD ""NEVER""TRUST THESE BOYS.
I guess the name ""BOYS"" should of told me something about this company, NEVER hire boys to do a mans job.
