If you're having a sump crock installed be aware that it will create massive amounts of dust. Close all interior doors, put plastic up over openings that have no doors, lay plastic over all belongings that aren't separated by a door from the room where the work is being done. You will even end up with dust the next floor up if you don't take these precautions.
