Staff friendly, but failed to tell me the cost to just come out to my house. The receptionist was advised that my washing machine was backed up and failed to tell me the standard price or at least have a tech call me back..they had a whole week to inform me, I took off work for this appointment on a Thursday morning. Or email,text ? But try to always support local, if you got the money that is..$75 just to visit,

We had Barrs Plumbing install our water softener and RO system. Their pricing was pretty much typical - a bit lower than Seamans, actually - but their service was OVER THE TOP!!! Kay, their plumber that did the installations was not only in time, courteous, and professional from start to finish but when their supplier sent them the wrong color faucet for the RO, he not only replaced it but kept us in the loop as to delivery and installation details. He initiated the call. We didn't have to call him. Yes, we definitely do recommend them.

They came out to fix my PVC pipes from the well to the house and were extremely professional. They made sure the water was running properly to the house before they left. I was quoted something way lower than what was charged today so wasn't happy about that, but the service was still good.

Not happy at all with the way this company handles business. Arrived at my new home construction site and the trash left on my premises and the way they went in the yard and done the spins on our front lawn is not professional at all. Had tubs put in and the Debris under the tube are still there. Not a happy camper!!!
