My hot water tank was leaking. They came out the day I called them. The service guy was very nice, he stopped the leak and was back the next morning with a new one. The installation was cleaned up they took the old one away with them. They were very good and were there at the time I was scheduled for.

I would not recommend them unless money is no object to you. We got brutally overcharges for a pipe repair. They came to provide an ""estimate"" which was for 4 hrs labor and materials. They came the next day to complete the work, they were 1.5 hrs late. The job took 2 hrs. I get a call shortly after from a secretary asking for payment. I question why I didn't get sent an invoice. She told me my estimate was my invoice. When I asked for itemize bill for labor and materials they were unable to provide me with. They also were unable to tell me how much they charge hourly for labor. I get a call and stated they Bill by the ""job"". It's a complete joke. We had another plumber come by for another job and he said we were overcharge about $600. I'm sure the owner is laughing on his way to the bank at what he is getting away with and it's not ok.
