Recommended Customer Reviews

We had Barron Heating out for a second opinion on the condition of our system. Based on the age of our system and a few minor issues another company recommended full replacement, right now. We're aware that our system is nearing the end of its life, but it's still working well. The reassurance and recommendations from Barton Heating saved us the expense of replacing equipment right now. And when it comes time to replace, we will not hesitate to use Barron Heating.

We scheduled a heat pump and mini split head to be installed in our house as a result or a contact thru Costco. After the preliminary visit to give us the estimate of what and where we wanted, 2 service techs and an electrician arrived at our place, on time and ready to work.
All of these men were friendly, respectful of our house and yard, and quite clean while performing their work. Later in the afternoon as things were being completed, they would answer any and all questions we had even about equipment that they weren't installing.
In conclusion this was a very positive experience with Barron's and extra kudos to Raymond, their lead installer on our project.

I paid for an install of a heat pump with 2 heads in November 2017. I asked if I qualified for any discounts or rebates. I was told yes I can definitely get a rebate from PUD for the install. It was supposed to be a $600 rebate. I was told that they also had a discount for me being a veteran, but since I qualified for a rebate I couldn't get both. That was the last I heard about the rebate for a couple months until I inquired to Barron about it. I ended up talking to Chris Baisch a manager about it because the sales person Robert M was on vacation. He said I needed to apply for it myself. That is why I didn't get it. Then I contacted PUD and they told me no that the installer has to apply for me. I spoke with Chris again and told him. He did some paperwork and submitted it for me. I was denied the rebate by PUD because the heat pump was not installed in the primary living area and that bedrooms have never qualified. Also PUD stated that Barron should know this. In short I wasn't able to get the rebate I was told I would get. That was a major selling point since Barron was certified as an installer for being able to get the rebate. That is why I paid a little extra going through them. In short. They lied about the rebate in order to make the $10,980.00 sale and to not give me any sort of discount. The lack of communication, the deceit and the fact they should have known the guidelines for the rebate all point to shady business practices. I recommend looking elsewhere. They have a premium price and so far have not lived up to it.
