VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Jessica I.Today will be the third day out of the past 4 days that I've had a tech to come out and work on my HVAC. Hopefully today will be the last day. I feel like every day it's a new issue and nobody can seem to be on the same page between the two techs from Barrett and my maintenance company. The tech isn't rude, nasty, or mean, but his customer service personality could definitely use some work. The first tech who came out was very friendly.

2. Warner who was in charge of order in the pert for our heater said the part would be here Monday. Monday after receiving no phone call from the company, we called and Warner said our part wouldn't be in until Thursday, but that we shouldn't worry because it doesn't get cold in El Paso. each night was freezing.
3. they sent over a tech to install the piece and he didn't know how. he kept having to phone in for directions.
4. we asked the tech to leave and requested a new tech. Warner said we could have the same tech that didn't know what he was doing. and refused to speak to me directly. everything was relayed through a secretary.
5. the only reason they got 1 star is because of the last tech who new what he was doing. all the parts that the first tech had replaced were good. they were going to charge us $500 for replacing good parts. the new tech was able to diagnose the actual problem and provide customer service.
