Alex S.I'm under contract on a house that needs extensive plumbing work. I called Don at Barnstable County Plumbing and Heating. He sounded a little gruff, on the phone, but I can get past that. I was clear I was coming from north of Boston, and he planned on meeting me at 10am per his request on a Saturday. That's great, right?
He no-showed. Calls and messages from 10am when we were supposed to meet at the house to 2pm went unanswered. Overall, he's not reliable, and honestly, given his tone on the phone, seems like he's just un-reliable, and lacks professionalism.
