Turns out an underground Utility cable company drilled right through our drain tile. This is a VRBO short term rental and we had guests coming in just a few days. They came back on a Saturday to dig by hand so as to not delay work, waiting for ""Miss Dig"". They discovered the problem and repaired it same day. We recommend this company highly with a 10 star review. We are so relieved and happy with their work, you should use them no questions asked.
