100% 5 stars!!!!! parents water heater went out Saturday had someone come quote me almost $10,000 July 2nd same day Jim came out and took a look replaced one part to temporarily fix the water heater. We will be getting a replacement but will wait until this fall when it cools off they were $7,200 cheaper on their quote from the first one I got. such an amazing professional company. they provide a quote in person and no hidden charges paid $176 for a part and service and knew upfront what it would be. I recommend them for all plumbing needs as we will continue to use them!

Barney Jordan is the only plumbing service we use. They are knowledgeable and reliable. The weekend before Christmas we had a major issue with both the kitchen and laundry sinks getting backed up...yikes. I couldn't cook, wash dishes or do laundry. Home repairs are not really my thing and can be very stressful so thankfully my boyfriend knew someone to call. He has used Barney Jordan plumbing many times over the years for both work and personal plumbing needs and he said he trusted them to get the job done and not overcharge. They came out within the hour but unfortunately it was already getting dark and hard to see the cleanouts. Still, they made several attempts and although they had to come back the next day to finish because the snake cable broke, they got the job done.

I'm a real estate agent & needed a sewer inspection done for a buyer client quickly. Few plumbers offer sewer inspections in the Stockton area, & those who do charge a lot and don't include a video of the camera going down the sewer line. Barney Jordan was able to complete the inspection the very next morning on a long sewer line and got me the results right away, with a video and report included, all for a reasonable price. We have used Barney Jordan Plumbing at least 10 times over the last 15 years. The quality of their work and their customer service has consistently exceeded expectations.

The most recent success story was having them out to do a preventive maintenance on our AET Eagle Sun solar water heater. Dave Barless was enthused to take a deep dive into documentation, talk to the manufacturer, and give me a primer on how I could take better care of this unit.

In the past, they have fixed leaking pipes in our crawl space, installed water filtration, and even helped to document raccoon damage under our house that Clark Pest Control was unable to do!

Well, it took almost 21 years but they finally repaired my sewer line where it connects to the main line. That is a main line that is actually live.

Let me explain, 21 years ago they replaced the main line between all the homes in my area and hooked everyone's sewer line to the new line EXCEPT me and my neighbor, go figure.

we have been struggling with sewer issues for all of those 21 years. I have had to snake out my line up to 5 time every year. And I have been complaining about it.

Well they finally brought out the equipment, dug up the ling and attached us to the new line... Cross your fingers and prey..

I called this company out today which is a Saturday as I was helping my neighbor since their sewer line was clogged up with roots
The ""other"" company that came out yesterday looked around and did some work exposed the septic tank lid, charged them $800 and gave them an estimate to fix the problem of $5800 as they had to replace the line going to the house etc.
That company said the roots were so large and the pipe was broken they could not cut them out

I called BarneyJordan Plumbing and Kyle came out rotor rootered the line, and fixed the problem in one hour for less than $200

In addition they came within two hours of calling them on a Saturday
I found this company has integrity and gets the job done right the first time rather than trying to rip the customer off like the other company
