Came in to put 2 new toilets in with one to be moved over about maybe 4 1/2 inches took them all day then the 3rd guy hooked up my water line to my new refrigerator. He hooked the line up to hot water which could have ruined my brand new refrigerator. Then drank all my water and juice and ate all the snacks I had on the counter without asking. Then the next day we had no water in the kitchen again so they came back to look at it. They decided to go in the crawl space and half clean the vents and do the vent line they only have did it left the rest hanging which could have caused a fire and with both visits the first 3400 the second 2400 that's crazy and now I see that this is a scam I will be in contact with you before I go any further. Very angry. This is my welcome to Kentucky.

Only good thing good about this service is they picked up the phone the first time. Told the gent my situation and issue and he committed to coming out next day. After not hearing from them or being contacted I reached out around 11ish am with no response. Waited a while and called around 2pm. Answered and I was told got a lot going on get to it when I can, somewhat understandable. Reached back out via text the next day around 11am and got zero response and still have not to this day. I don't recommend Barrett's Plumbing at this time. If the situation changes I'll update my status. Don't commit to a job if you can't hold the commitment.

This plumber overcharged and under-delivered. Had sump pump installed in 11/2019 and it stopped working in 08/2020. Pump was installed in crawlspace where it was not easily accessed by me. Plumber took advantage of this by not trenching the area, not using a basin or gravel, and not completely burying the pump. He claims his rate is $85 an hour, however, he was there less than 3 hours, put in a pump that is less than 200 dollars and charged 1200 dollars for the job.

Was unwilling to fix the problem and difficult to deal with. Will be pursuing a claim in small claims ourt.
