Via referral from co-worker we had Lee Barnett diagnose and replace our century old iron waterline into our former home in Montford. It had closed with corrosion to the size of a pencil. By their recommendation instead of a standard size line we had them install an oversized one to insure good pressure for over another 100 years! They were timely and adhered to the quote given, it required trenching the driveway but the results were worth it. We recommend them for big or small issues.

Having spent hours going through online reviews and truly scrutinizing plumbing service providers, I chose Lee Barnett Plumbing and couldn't have been more pleased.
I appreciated the excellent level of responsiveness when I made my initial contact via phone and the great communication that was offered. Scott was professional, conscientious and honest. He was also respectful of my home and took care to put on coveralls for the crawlspace work and booties when he came into the house. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Whenever I hire someone, I hope that I'm paying a fair and reasonable price and am getting quality work and an honest assessment of what I truly need as well as what I don't need. Lee Barnett Plumbing accomplished all of those things. I've already sent out five e-mails to my friends just to let them know about the superb work that was done today.

Lee Barnett plumbing fixed a leak in our water line where it connected at the meter last Nov 2011. I've got the same problem again, to the tune of a $500 water bill. I called them last week, and after 2 calls they finally called me back the second day. I explained the problem, and he said he had back trouble and would get back with me. Today (a week later), the 2nd day in a row I called and left messages I finally get a call back and he informs me he's really busy, and has to go out of town tomorrow through the weekend AND his schedule is full for next week. He can't get to me. Meanwhile, my meter has been running this whole time - and he had no intention calling me back because the job was a lot of work. Now, here I am less then a year after he worked on my line, he won't even bother to come look at the problem but was VERY quick to assure me it wasn't from his quality of work! Really? How do you know unless you come look at it??? He said he gave me a fair price - I shall see once I can get another plumber out here to look at it. If you call them, GOOD LUCK!!!!! All I have to say is THANK YOU for wasting my water, and I will make sure anyone that I talk to KNOWS your lack of professionalism!
