Keith and John were hired to install a rough in for a shower we are installing. They took out my copper plumbing and replaced it with PVC. They did not have to do that. They could have easily just removed the old roughin and used copper connectors to sweat in and be on their way. They used screws that were too long and damaged the drywall in our living room. They will NEVER do any work for me again.

I live out of town and rely on Barnett to take care of plumbing at our family's sixty year old house here in the Shoals. Usually they send the same crew, Mike and Bradley. Mike is a professional plumber with many years experience and is a fantastic problem solver. We have had problems with well, pipes, toilet, and septic. Mike has been on top of every one and has been able to work miracles keeping the old plumbing running without resorting to the obvious which is recommending wholesale tear-out and (expensive) replacement of everything. Bradley is Mike's apprentice and makes up for what he doesn't know yet with hard work and enthusiasm. I was here recently to fix up the house and spent some time observing them work. They worked fast, efficiently, and left everything clean when they left. The company answers calls promptly, the folks are courteous, they line up appointments to fit our schedule, and the bill comes quickly and is precise and accurate. I couldn't be happier with the overall quality of service I get from Barnett.

They came for the consultation and said they would send someone out the following week. It's been almost 3 weeks and no one has come yet. We've tried to call multiple times during the 3 weeks, and they kept saying they'll send someone out soon. I understand businesses gets busy, but giving out vague appointment dates with no follow up is very unprofessional.

Water heater leaked from the drain fitting, called Barnett. They came out and did a decent repair. The person doing the repair was concerned the PRV line was dripping too much water but felt it was ok. Later that evening, the PRV line began pouring apparently from the newfound pressure from the repair that morning. What could have been an easy fix while they were there only adding onto parts and labor, ended up an additional repair and charged us after-hours to come back out.
