I have been trying to find a responsive, caring plumber for a while since my last experience with a ""big name"" plumbing company was terrible. I found great reviews on Yelp and elsewhere for Barner Murphy and decided to call them for several plumbing issues. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a fast response from Barry, one of the owners and we proceeded to discuss my situation. He is a friendly, engaging person and I felt a good vibe from our conversation. I set up an appt and Matt and his assistant, Jude came right on time. They were friendly, neat and completed the work in a timely manner. I love giving business and referring business to owners and their employees who truly care about their client. If you are looking for a plumbing company that you will be happy with, I suggest calling Barner Murphy!

I don't understand all these 5-star reviews. I left 2 voice messages last month and no one ever called back.

I needed the faucets replaced in my shower, a service that Barner Murphy's website says they do: ""Faucet and fixture repairs & replacement.""

Even if they were on vacation, even if they were busy and couldn't get to me for a while - It makes good sense for a business to at least touch base with a potential customer.

Matt from Barner Murphy, Inc. returned my call within the hour when I reached out to them on Saturday. He made a suggestion of what I should do in order to wait till Monday. He was excellent. Answered some questions I had that had nothing to do with the service he was there for. I would highly recommend this plumbing company. Very reasonable rates, and very personable, and although he came for one issue, he did 3 other things for me that I had asked about. Excellent workmanship.

From beginning to end, these guys are the absolute best. I mean it, there is nobody better in the business. Barry Murphy is not only extremely knowledgeable, likable and a master of his craft, but he is also extremely honest and courteous. This is something that I personally look for with any contractor that I have coming into my home. These guys have done plumbing, gas lines, remodel and etc on my house. Barry is the absolute best. Being new to this area I didn't know who to call for help when the home had just purchased had multiple plumbing issues. A friend suggested Barry and he has fixed: two broken toilets, one pipe leak, two malfunctioning showers, and changed my water filter. All of this was done for fair, reasonable prices. There is no one else I'd recommend more than Barry.
