For 2 weeks we'd been dealing with a severe leak under our kitchen sink waiting for Moen to send us the part they promised. Barbara said she'd come as soon as it arrived, & true to her word, she came that same evening that we let her know it had arrived. She completed the replacement at the price agreed upon. Her work was neat and efficient and reasonably priced. Barbara is very pleasant to communicate with, thorough & skilled. We would definitely call her again when needed.
