We had a slab leak on the weekend. Parker and Sons came out and walked us through the process going forward, and most importantly they stopped the running water and lessened the damage. While it is going to be a lengthy process, we appreciate the honesty and help moving forward.

No need to search for a plumber any more. We had a drain clog on Sunday and they were out to help within an hour. The team was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. They cleared the stoppage and ran a camera down from the roof and found roots in the pipe. The estimate for fixing the root problem was fair as was the bill for clearing the clog...way less than others have charged in the past. You'll be glad you called Barker when you have your next problem

We had a leak in one of our bathrooms. We scheduled an appointment for someone to come fix the issue, which was easy and everyone was very communicative about the time of arrival. Orlando was our technician and he did a great job. He was so kind, and found the issue, which a previous plumber had missed. It was fixed the same day and Orlando made sure to explain everything to me in detail. I highly recommend using Barker and Sons.

Our Water Heater went out the night before we were leaving on a trip, we called our plumber to have him come over when we returned, but he canceled the night we returned. I googled 24/7 Plumbers and Barker & Sons came up with good reviews. I called and had a technician out within an hour. Our technician Jesse was awesome, and gave me options & pricing. He installed a new Water Heater first thing in the morning, and we couldn't be happier. This company is awesome, very polite, professional, and kept us informed the whole way through. Great customer service from start to finish, I would highly recommend.

I've used this company years ago for a pressure release valve issue and they were prompt and professional. I couldn't of been happier with their fast service. So when I woke up with water leaking into my garage, the nightmare everyone hates, they were my first call. Everyone is busy these days but they constantly updated me with phone calls and text messages on when to expect their next available technician. 2 nice gentlemen showed up about 5 hours later and guess what? The leak was coming from the washer machine that was leaking water into my catch pan and draining into my garage by design. I missed that. So it wasn't a plumbing issue it was an issue with my damn Samsung washer which I should have expected as it's given me so many problems over the years. Within 10 minutes of showing up and accurately diagnosing the problem (it was the water that clued them in, it was cold and clear, not a backup in my drainage system) the were about to leave. I asked, ""Thanks, what do I owe you?"". Their answer, ""Oh, you don't owe us anything, it's not a plumbing issue."" If you want a good reason to call this company, that's it. They didn't gouge me because of my error in thinking it was a backup or broken pipe, they just honestly steered me in the right direction. I tipped the 2 guys, they deserved it and I updated my phone contact list to call them first if I ever have any plumbing problems in the future. BTW, Missy the person who I talked to initially, called me 2 days later to make sure my problem was under control. That's a company that cares about what their customers think about them. And I think very highly of Barker & Sons.

Gave me options for two prices, $400 or $1300 plus - tried to repair - did not have the right part - said i may be without water for a day or so - did not have the proper tools, had to use mine - could not repair - yet charged me $200 - guess I'll have to get a professional plumber

Excellent plumbing service: prompt, professional, excellent updates on arrival time of technician. Rapidly diagnosed problem in kitchen sink drain, and cleared it. Explained camera views and future options. Reasonably priced, thorough cleanup. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs!

Matt from Baker and Sons Plumbing arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and correctly repaired the problem. He then tested before he left. I will use them again in the future if needed.

Called for after hours repair, Matt was professional, prices reasonable, and friendly. Prior to arrival i was updated by several people from office via telephone, also very professional and friendly. Matt had to come back the next morning at 7:30am to make adjustments.
