I never felt pressured and was always kept in the loop as to what was wrong and what my options were, never tried to upsell. After clearing the line he ran a camera down it and I was able to see the inside of the pipe, amazing! I will be using Barker & Sons for all my future plumbing needs. This plumbing company advertises they offer same-day service and are available 24/7/365 to address plumbing emergencies; however, when we called for an emergency kitchen sink pipe repair, they could not even schedule a consultation appointment for us, as ALL of their technicians were busy with other emergencies through the following week. That is NOT same day, 24/7/365 emergency service or any service for that matter. That is false advertising!!
