Had a pipe leak, so time was of the essence. First call to a ""big name"" plumber said they could be out late THE NEXT DAY...no, I need it now. Called another plumber and never got off of their hold to speak with a real person. Then I remembered the tv commercial for Barker & Sons and called them. Wow, they were great!!! Took all of my info and 10 minutes later called me back to let me know one of their guys was on the way. Their guy Clayton showed up, analyzed the problem, laid out very clearly the options and costs, then within 2 hours had the pipe leak resolved. Can't speak highly enough about Barker & Sons, along with Clayton. Top notch and professional from start to finish! Should I need anything plumbing related in the future, they are my go to TEAM!!! Way to go!!!

I had a leaky faucet on my bathtub so I called Barker&Sons Plumbing. Big mistake! The service technician was personable and appeared to know what he was doing. He said because the tub was older the whole faucet unit would have to be replaced and he would order the parts. The job quote was a little over $3,000, which seemed high but little did I know that was the least of my problems. This took place in early January and he said it could be a couple of weeks. Today is March 18th and after several calls and being told they'd check on it and get back to me (but never did), I started sending emails. As of today I haven't gotten a single response; nothing. I've been ghosted, as they say.
So I called another plumber who came out, assessed the problem, went out and got the right parts, came back and fixed the faucet! It took a couple of hours and cost me $400.
Do NOT use Barker & Sons! prices are very high If you can even get them to do the work!
