Quick service when we were in a bind but the ""thank you for your business"" post card sent has a toilet that's lid lifts up and it says ""place your mother-in-laws picture here."" Pretty distasteful, in my opinion. Especially since my mother-in-law was the one to collect the mail as she watches our toddler at our home, without pay, while we work.

I'm a IB local. Don't bother leaving a message. He will never call you. I called Eastlake Plumbing. They came 2 hours early and did the job fast and friendly.

Boiler stopped working and they came to fix it. Turnes out it needed to be replaced. Did a good job and the guy explained the problem. They were done within 2 hours.

This guy was a jerk. He seemed like I was an inconvenience to by giving him work. He came into to home, barged into my bedroom while my wife and child were still getting dressed. No customer service what so ever. Also, your house will smell like an ash tray because he smells like he smokes 10 packs a day. I would not recommend this guy unless you like to be treated like garbage.

I called Barker to rooter a sewer line which I had previously paid $50. for from two separate plumbers previously. Barker, himself, stuck me for $165. for the same job. I stupidly didn't ask him for a price beforehand. I could see him sizing me up with his helper to rip me off when the job was done. Watch out for this guy ,you can tell he's gonna stick it to you just by the way he looks!! NEVER AGAIN!

I live in IB near to this man's business. I had a plumbing emergency, called Craig and he came to my home within 10 minutes. 1 hr. later he had completed the repairs and charged me a very fair price. I recommend him highly.
