Tom's teamwork is amazingly good! The two finished their task fast, not half fast. The pilot-light part replacing was done in less than an hour. The charge was quite reasonable as well.

I made an appointment with Tom on a Wednesday, told me they will come Friday at 10am but no calls from them not able to come in because of their
busy schedule. I reserved the day and time but at least give a call ahead of time if you cannot make it .

Tom was wonderful -- we called him at 8am on a Saturday because water was leaking into our wall and by 11am he was onsite and able to figure out the problem. He was quick, professional and super reasonably priced. While we hope we won't need a plumber anytime soon, we would definitely hire Tom again!

I can't speak highly of Tom and his service enough! I had an emergency where my neighbor called and told me that she was getting water in her front door and it turns out that a pipe separated from my hot water heater and was causing gallons of water to pour out all over my utility closet and garage. Tom was in my house within 20 minutes diagnosed the problem and was able to come back the next day and fix the pipe. He was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing and what happened. . he saved all the damaged parts to show me the cause and told me how to continue to monitor the situation. we were able to solve the issue and luckily it appears the damage was minimal. thank you Tom! I highly recommend him and this company!

We were very happy with the quality of the work done by Bargotti Plumbing. We needed a hot water replacement in our condo on an immediate basis. Tom stopped by to view the situation the same day that I called, on a Saturday. We had a difficult-to-source unit, but he found it and gave a quote. He worked with a colleague and the installation was fast and effective. They were also clean and neat with no floor scratching. We will use them again when the need arises.

In the middle of winter, my furnace stopped working, AND my tub faucet also started dripping. Tom from Bargotti came to the rescue to help solve both issues. He did some trouble shooting on the furnace, testing different potential causes, and keeping me well informed along the way. I asked to be walked through the troubleshooting first-hand, and I figured he would probably hate that - but actually Tom is a super friendly guy, and it was fun to learn about the furnace components and joke around with him. That was fixed pretty quickly.

Then the tub took a bit more effort - The poor guy was trying to save me money by reusing components in the existing plumbing setup, but it just wasn't working. But since he was letting me be so nosy as he was troubleshooting, I learned a lot along the way! :-) Thanks for being so thoughtful with explanations and thorough with the work!

Tom did a great job installing my new faucets and was able to answer questions about a new water filtration system and our air conditioning unit. Loved that they showed up in a mask and on time. They took their time making sure everything was done to perfection and cleaned up after they were done. Thanks for the excellent service!

Amazing Service and they come Quick! Saved me so much money because they actually fixed my issue instead of trying to sell me a new unit. I had previously called another company to check my cooling unit and they said it was gone no way to repair! Tom replaced the malfunctioning Piece and it only cost $250. The other guy quoted me $3200. These guys are Honest and my go to guys from now on. Thank You
