BEWARE!

Marvin Bargers came to fix the water pump system in the house (water from a cistern). First clue that he was not honest (or didn't know what he was doing) was he said the holding tank was leaking. There had never been water leaking prior to his service call and none between service calls. When told it wasn't leaking before the call or after the call he simply said, ""oh yes it is leaking."" I figured it was the water pump that was not working so I had him replace the system.

He sent the estimate which included $1200 for the pump and 6 hours of labor. I found a pump at Mountain Supply for 1024.00 and had him pick up the pump from them. He then spent 1.5 hours putting the unit in (labor). When it came to pay the bill he was still charging me for the $1200 dollars for the pump and 6 hours of labor!

When asked why he was charging me 6 hours for the labor he said he had another man helping him, but my wife was home and the other person was a 15 year old boy with him - not another plumber!!

So he was going to charge me $200 dollars extra for the pump and much more labor than he provided and lied about having to pay for an extra man to help him. I still paid him well (5 hours of labor).

I am so happy with a job very well done. Which include great service, professional & knowledgeable. Will use them again when I need any sort of Plumbing done. Very nice family man. His son was super nice too.
