Nelson is wonderful he cares about his clients. Our stove went out had to get a new one right before Thanksgiving. He was able to come out cap off the gas to the old stove and then after it was delivered he took the time to come back out and hook it up. He's a pleasure to deal with. And he saved our holiday. I won't use anyone else he has our business. Thank you so much for everything.

Wonderful workers we had a terrible emergency with a street drain back up causing our home to flood. They were quick and supportive when we're in crises. Definitely calling them for any plumbing issues!

Stay away from this guy. He charges by the job, and the price is unreasonable. He came and said he replaced the inners of the toilet tank, and it looked like my original hardware. He then threw these scare tactics, ""Oh, that valve there is too tight and it could just break and water all over."" I complained and he said to get quotes. I sent him the only quote I got - in addition to the years I have had other plumbers here - and he wouldn't help me out.

Bargain Plumbing came out to fix a broken pipe and I could not be more satisfied with the work and helpfulness. Their scheduling, commincation, professionalism, and pricing were top-notch. I had another plumber out recently that suggested work that was not required and billed higher than the original quote. I am stationed overseas and had plumbing/leaking issues with 2 of my toilets in my home in Lake Ridge, VA. I did not have time to compare prices and called Nelson based on recommendation I saw on Nextdoor app. That was the best decision I ever made. Nelson responded right away and explained over the phone of the issues and what needed to be done. He fixed both toilets and repaired the water lines. I was so impressed that I had him come back to do the remaining 2 bathrooms to prevent future potential issues. Knowing that I was overseas and was not able to pay him immediately onsite upon completion, he trusted me enough to complete the jobs anyway. Of course I wired him the money afterward. I, moved into a basement apartment. I fully explained to the home owners, that I planned on furthering my education. I questioned them and I asked if they would be requiring the basement apartment any time soon prior to me renting the apartment, and they told me, no.
The apartment that I was residing in the owners did not maintain a fit premises. The apartment had so many issues with plumbing prior to me moving into the basement apartment. The owners, never gave me full disclosure of these matters. The house had issues of raw sewage, of feces, urine and sewage back ups throughout the entire time that I was living in the basement.
I called Bargain Plumbing of Northern Virginia to come out to my apartment and do what ever it was necessary to stop the problems that I was having with the water backups. Once Bargain Plumbing of Northern Virginia evaluated the problems in the basement they then gave me an expert description of what was going on with all of the problems and their recommendations on how to fix them.
They told me that baby wipes were in the sewage line when they snaked it. The owners had toddlers. they then told me that the problems of the water sewage back ups would not stop because who ever laid the new PVC pipes with the old PVC pipes did not line them up together properly and that is why the basement apartment was experiencing continuous back ups of raw sewage. This was good information to know because the owners were trying to blame me for their problems with their basement backing up with raw sewage.
