There was excellent communication with the administrator. She asked thoughtful questions to fully understand what I was looking for with my reverse osmosis system installation and made sure I knew exactly what to expect when the plumber arrived. The plumber actually arrived on time--which was a pleasant surprise, as I'm so used to them being 30 minutes to an hour late. He asked for my preferences on how I'd like the RO faucet installed and got straight to work. He was respectful, true to his word when it came to pricing (which was fair), and very professional. I'll definitely be hiring them again for future jobs.

STAY AWAY! False advertising. Advertises ""free estimate"" but charges $85 - so it's not free! The ad is false and misleading. Told representative to remove the false ad and she said: ""we'll, we haven't updated our website"". It's called FRAUD!
If they lie about this, what else?

These are the best plumbers I have used. They came and resolved all the issues in a professional and speedy manner, even showing me how to fix some small issues in the future on my own. The pricing was super reasonable and lower than other quotes that I had gotten. Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Had to wait longer than expected for all repairs to be completed because of COVID, but understandable. Their plumber Shpat was the best one I've ever had. Wore a mask, very polite and patient in explaining cause of problems and he knew his shit when it came to my specific toilet, sink and shower/tub! A true professional and a credit to his profession.

In short, they never showed up. When they missed the initial hour window, there was apparent confusion and then I was told the plumber was on his way (a suspected lie) and would be another 40 minutes late. I asked them to cancel if he wouldn't make it in that time, but I was assured he would be here. 50 minutes later, they called to say they needed more time and I canceled the appointment. Can't speak to quality of work, but one star because they wasted my morning.

We used Bargain Plumbing and Heating to install a faucet after getting new counters. We were impatient to have our faucet re-connected after about a week without one and Bargain Plumbing and Heating was very responsive and sent someone out the next day if memory serves.

Shpat, our plumber, was super friendly and even helped me get our cabinets back together. Our plumbing was mis-labeled so the hot setting on the faucet was linked to the cold water and he came back and fixed it for us.
