Recommended Customer Reviews

They charged $175/hour for labor to repair my backflow preventer. The parts they replaced costs less than $40, but they charged me over $73 for it. Very expensive! They did fix the leakage though, and that's why I give them 3 stars instead of 2.

We have used Barday Plumbing twice in the last 6 months for two unique problems, one with our water heater and the other with drains. Both times we received on time and excellent service in our condo, expect nothing but professional service from your first call.

Barday was recommended to me and I am grateful. Quick service and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in a long while. As part of my home sale my furnace needed to be cleaned. Fair price and great communication. Thank you Pam!

Old school guys. They are the ONLY people I have found who will work on a very old and unique boiler, with ENTHUSIASM to boot!

After the flood we were desperate to get our furnace and hot water heater replaced, even without insurance covering.
1. When the plumber came for the installation he said the venting all had to change, something the owner did not even mention during the ""sale"" and not in the bid. This cost us an additional 200$, and had to wait as roofers were in short supply during this time. Also the relocation of a tankless water heater was questioned by the plumber as it would be in a bedroom area. Shouldn't the owner have mentioned this?
2. Then they installed PEX, NOT specified in the bid. For over 2K ABOVE the retail cost of the water heater I expected copper and was very concerned about the health risk. http://www.chemaxx.com/polytube1.htm.
3. When questioned on this they came back and installed copper charging me over two times the retail cost.
4. Two months later their installation failed as they ran a drain to the outside of the house, which froze. The returning plumber who installed it even admitted fault as he thought - oh yea, Colorado, freezing temperatures. We then received a bill for the repair/remediation.
5. NEVER received the forms for the Xcel rebates for either the Furnace or water heater, asked two times.

Barday saves the day!
Brian from Barday came out to our house to give me a quote for a replacement condenser unit for our AC. He asked if he could open the current unit to make sure it wasn't working for a simple reason... it turns out that it was a simple fix and he got our existing unit running in under half an hour.
LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS - HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY AND AFFORDABLE.
Don't fall for the slick willy's at Precision - use a local guy instead!

Exceptionally poor service:
1. they did not show up at time of appointment -- or even the day
2. they did not call me either before or after about a delay
3. when I called to find out what was going on, was told told that I'd be called back in three days with status
4. received no call for a week
5. finally I called again and the staff person said they were not responsible for informing customers of delays due to other more important jobs that they were working on!
6. I gave up and called another plumber
