Although my initial experience with Barcena was not favorable, the company went above and beyond to make it right. They truly do care abour customer service and take pride in their workmanship.

I felt that the final outcome is what I initially wanted and expected from a plumbing company and Barcena Plumbing was professional and fair in how it was ultimately handled.

I know have a properly working toilet and a shower handled that does not leak - thank you Barcena Plumbing!

If the initial outcome had been how the final outcome turned out I would have given them five stars. However, I felt I needed to take my initial experience into account on my final review.

So, would I use them again or recommend them? Because of the final outcome, I believe I would consider using them again and I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Doing a bathroom remodel (weekend DIY warriors), we ran into some plumbing issues when we opened the walls due to the poor quality of the work that was done when the house was built. We also wanted to install a new shower valve and fix the copper routing mess.

After calling 4-5 of the recommended plumbers on Yelp, most of them were too busy to come out or return calls. Barcena called back the same day (on a Sunday!) as we were in a jam and could not move forward with tiling and showed up right away a couple days later. Steve and Tyler came to the house and after looking at it, Steve knew right away what needed to be done. He did an awesome job re-routing the copper lines and installing the new shower valve. He was very nice, friendly and professional and you can see that he takes pride in his work. We also bugged him with a bunch of questions and he gave us a lot of great advice, regarding our water heater and other plumbing questions. The service was fast, professional and very competitive price wise. Will definitely recommend Barcena Plumbing and will use them in the future.

Overall a great job! Pablo was able to arrive earlier than I was told and that was good since I had water dripping. Problem quickly diagnosed and fixed. Very fair price and very professional.

Barcena Plumbing was amazing! After waiting 3 days for another company to come and fix my burst ice maker tube under my cabinet; I called Barcena Plumbing. Teresa was super nice on the phone and had Pablo come over within the hour on his way back home for the day. He was able to immediately fix my issue for an extremely reasonable price! He was professional and courteous, he even took a look at my water heater to check the condition and keep the model on file in case we needed one in the future!!!! A++++++

I recently hire Barcena Plumbing to install new hot/ cold handles in 3 shower/bathtubs along with new valves. The plumber, Daryl, was on time and waiting for me to show up at my mom's house. In addition I asked the person who I scheduled the appointment with to call me 30 minutes prior to the plumber arriving which she did perfectly.

Daryl really took the time to understand our needs and made suggestions on how to save money for the job he was hired to complete. I highly recommend Barcena plumbing and will be calling them back once I get back the master tubs jet covers that are being plated with a brushed nickel finish.

I highly recommend this company. I am very impressed with the service I received from Barcena Plumbing. Being new to Simi Valley, I had rely on Yelp! I had water leaking from the kitchen ceiling last Sunday. I called their 24 hour number and spoke to someone within 5 minutes. Since it was a Sunday, Darryl couldn't do anything but helped me shut off the main water line. I called the next day and they sent someone within 2 hours. Steve and his assistant was very professional. Looked into the problem and fixed my leaking pipe within an hour. Being a woman, and have no knowledge of these things, I was afraid that I could get taken advantage of. It was at minimal cost to me.
