Barcena Plumbing gets my highest rating. I called yesterday because our water heater wasn't heating the water. Teresa returned my call and within an hour Daryl showed up at our front door. He assessed the situation and told us that the controller was not working and unfortunately, because of the age of our Rheem hot water heater, they are no longer making this particular part. Then he saved the day by remembering that he might have a replacement part at his house. Teresa called later and said that he had indeed found the part and would come by today to install it. He was here right on time, installed the part and hooray, we have hot water. Daryl was very professional and personable. We will be scheduling another call with Barcena to replace three faucets that are leaking and require new piping. In my mind, they are the best. I will definitely be telling my friends and neighbors about this wonderful company. Thank you Barcena for making what could have been a very expensive undertaking a painless and inexpensive effort. You are the best.

We had an issue with our sink backing up and called another plumbing company to come out and fix it. They ended up making the problem even worse and were unresponsive. Then we found Barcena plumbing and were blown away with the service, honesty and reasonable pricing. Will definitely be using them again for future plumbing issues and would recommend them to anyone.

I needed a new water pressure regulator for my house.
I called another company first, the guy on the phone was very nice but said he will provide me with a free estimate in a couple of days.
Since I knew exactly what I needed and since it wasn't a huge deal to install, I felt like I could get an estimate over the phone.
I called barcena and Teresa answered the phone, she was very nice and told me right away how much it would cost (pretty much cost the same as the general inspector told me it should cost).
The next day I already had Steve the technician over.
In one of the hottest days of the year, Steve was very professional and quick to solve the problem.
It even looked like he enjoyed being there and helping me. it was over 100 degrees outside, I'm not sure how people can smile in that heat but I guess Steve can.
This was a really good experience, quick response, quick turnaround to fix jobs and reasonable prices.
Great service always makes my day better, thank you Teresa and Steve!!!

Daryl showed up on time and fixed a problem we have been having for a while. Smile on his face.. Let him do his thing and was so happy with the results. After calling several plumbers to try and fix a leaking toilet and told they wouldn't be able to come out for 1 or 2 days, I tried Barcena next. Was greeted and told a technician could be available in 30 minutes! Pablo was professional and fixed the toilet/replaced parts in no time flat. Also liked my cats lol. These guys are great, use em :)

We just had Steve S. out to install a new hot water heater this past Saturday March 10 and could not be happier. My wife called Barcena and spoke with Teresa who took care of everything. Steve installed the hot water heater and was professional and explained everything he was doing. What a great experience. In fact we were so impressed we had Steve S. install two brand new bathroom faucets today March 13th and once again the workmanship was superb.
We have finally found a new plumber that will get future business as we need plumbing work for our house.
