Barcena Plumbing has earned my continued support as I have used them 3 times over the last 3 months.

When the Covad quarantine started my wife asked me to replace our faucets in the master bathroom. I thought it was something I could handle, until I ran into problems trying to remove them, as they had been in use for more than 30 years. I looked around for assistance and discovered Barcena Plumbing. Pablo came out and did a terrific job. Their prices are fair and reasonable, such that I also had them install the faucets as well. And equally as important, since my wife is a Nurse, they were Covad ready, with a face mask and shoe coverings. Great job.

A few weeks later, our water heater went out and I called Barcena for help with the installation of a new one, since my first experience was good. Barcena didn't disappoint as they sent out 2 technicians and within a reasonable amount of time, we were back in business with hot water in the house again. And once again, their pricing was fair and reasonable.

And now a month later, I needed help with a gas line to the BBQ that had cracked due to water corrosion; so I called and made an appointment. Pablo and another technician arrived on time; evaluated the problem and put me back in business, just in time for the summer BBQ season. Thank you.

I find comfort in knowing who to call now, for all of my future plumbing needs.

We needed the drain on our washing machine cleared as it was backing up into our kitchen sink. The workers came out and not only cleared that drain, but the one in the bathroom sink, as well. The workers wore protective gear and were polite and courteous. We would definitely use this business again.

Barcena is a dream to work with!

We had a leak under our house and scheduled Barcena to come take a look as they came recommended by neighbors. First they had an opening a day earlier than we originally scheduled which worked for us.

They quickly found the problem and fixed the leak. They showed us the broken part that they replaced and were off. Reasonably priced too. They were literally in and out in just about 30 minutes.

Oh also, I called three different plumbers and Barcena responded within a couple hours, where I didn't hear from any of the other plumbers till the next day, and one I never heard back from at all.

This saved me at least two trips to Lowes and a good portion of a day if I did it myself. Barcena is a dream to work with. Now that's value!

Had our 50 gal. Hot water heater leaking. Called Barcena within 15 minutes we had a return call. Had an cancellation and that afternoon we had a New Water heater installed. Pablo and his partner came out, removed the old one and along with our old solar heater which was next to it since 2000.
Great professional service as we will be using them in the near future for all our plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink backed-up on Friday night before Easter weekend. I had planned to cook for Easter which meant I needed my sink. I called to arrange an emergency visit and Pablo arrived on Saturday morning. He wore a mask, gloves and booties to ensure cleanliness and protection from germs. He was able to snake the drain and clear the clog. Pablo was not only very kind but extremely professional as well. He also disinfected all areas he touched before he left. I'm very grateful for Barcena Plumbing and Pablo's expertise. We were able to have a wonderful Easter Dinner here while staying safe at home. I highly recommend their services!!

Called a few plumbers about my tankless water heater , did not like the way they they wanted to sell me a new one before they diagnosed the problem , on my old one , thankfully I trusted my gut & made another call to Barcena plumbing & spoke with Theresa she did a great job listening & setting up a time we're the manufacturer & there outstanding technician Steve could troubleshoot the problem. Steve worked with the manufacturer of the unit they cleaned some connections & had us fixed up in under a hour I would recommend this company 5 stars outstanding !!!
