This was our second time using Barcena Plumbing after being disappointed with the service from another company. As with the first visit, they responded quickly on a Monday and scheduled for later that morning but Rowan called back a couple minutes later and said they could be here in 15 minutes. Our water heater had probably been leaking for some time and needed replacing. Daryl and Tamara's boss went above and beyond to get a replacement the same day, picking it up in the San Fernando Valley. They were able to return later and finish the job and we were able to have hot water! Going to call them to fix another problem that they identified as well. Thank you for the great service!

These guys came recommended by a couple friends. Water was draining slower than molasses on a cold day. They were up front with pricing and what the problem could be. Boom! Roots in my main drain. Got to see it all through their drain camera. Cool stuff. They cleared it all up and waters flowing out as it should. And It was a lot less than I had thought. I'll be a customer for life. Thanks!

Just had service from Kenneth Villarama from Barcena Plumbing. The guy was professional, fixed my water heater pilot in a few minutes for just the prices of a service. I had a guy from Thousand Oaks Plumbing come out about an hour earlier who tried to charge me $1,100 to fix nonexistent issues. Please use Barcena as they are honest and do good work. Our aging water heater pressure relief valve started to leak uncontrollably last week and we again called our ""go to"" plumbers - Barcena Plumbing. Our provider was courteous, responsive to our questions and not only resolved our issue within 20 minutes but also provided valuable insight in preventing this problem from occurring again in the future! The plumber that was dispatched to us was extremely unprofessional and did not do a good job. Our toilet was leaking from the bottom and he said it was just the wax that had to be replaced. He was here for a really long time then left abruptly. He didn't even give me a chance to check the toilet while he was here. I went to check as soon as he left to make sure it was fixed and it was not! He made the issue worse! As soon as I flushed it the water rose up and overflowed. I grabbed some towels and cleaned it up and called the company to let them know. He came back and immediately started questioning me and accusing me of lying. He said there was no evidence of water and I said that's because I cleaned up the water and mess you left behind. He then demanded to see the plunger that I used. I gave him the plunger and he broke it. He didn't have a plunger of his own so he asked me for another one. I said don't you have one and he said no, we have snakes not plungers. I called his manager and complained but sadly I doubt Teresa cared. She seemed unbothered about the whole thing. Now this guy has made a huge mess in my bathroom and all he had to say was well you have another bathroom you could use. PLEASE DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY'RE THE WORST!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOPPY AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!

Truly fantastic. We've used them many times over the years, but this was a more challenging call. The guys were thoughtful, clean, and professional. A toilet was broken, but Barcena was really quick at finding a replacement and getting it installed. They were communicative, stayed on top of things and made sure to get it solved properly. Really impressed with how it was handled. Thank you Theresa and the rest of the team for getting our back up and running so quickly!

We are completing a kitchen remodel. We had these guys come out a couple of weeks ago to move a gas line. Great job. This was our first time using them. We had them come again today to install the faucet and garbage disposal. Again, great job! Very happy. They are courteous, efficient and clean. They are concerned with the details and doing it the right way. We highly recommend them and are very happy with their work!
