William H has performed a lot of work for our company and always shows up promptly, and does a thorough job. He takes a lot of before and after pictures and explains what needs to be done, and then supplies us with a quote for repairs needed.
I would definitely recommend Barbosa and William H, and never hesitate to give them a call.
Jenn, who I usually speak to in the office to schedule a job or for emergency calls, is always very helpful.
Thanks for taking care of your customers the way you do. It means a lot.

Stay away from this company for any plumbing needs. They are extremely expensive and they do a very poor job. I hired them twice; first time they did just Ok but pricey. Second time is when they blew it. I had water coming what appears to come from under ground inside my house. They charged me about ~$850 in two visits just to tell me I had a leak under ground (leak detection) and quoted me $10,000 to dig a tunnel under my house and repair the water leak (what???). I obviously requested 2 more opinions and Barbosa was totally wrong where the leak was and repair took less than 2 hours. (No digging, no tunnels, and noooo $10,000 dlls!!).
Yes I tried to politely call them and request my ~$850 back but they ignored me.
I don't recommend them and will never use them again.

$335 to replace an elbow joint, 30 minutes of work. Rip-off, highly recommend getting other quotes for whatever size job you may have.

Shame on you and your technician! I called you out for a toilet that was over flowing. The tech preceded to go in my attic and tell me while he was here he would double check on other problems. He tells me I have over 6,000.00 worth of air conditioning problems and needed to replace or fix most of my duct work. I have had no issues with my homes ac so I called my usual Heat and Air people that service me twice a year to evaluate the situation. My tech was in my attic for 30 minutes. Checked everything Barbosa said was wrong and said he was looking at old duct work that was not even attached and was just not thrown away when the last home owner replaced it! What a complete joke and rip off! Trying to get me to spend 6,000.00 needlessly!
I would stay away from these people who are just out to see who they can scam!!

I couldn't have asked for better service! I was in an emergency scenario with a leakage after hours and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under 2 hours! Lucca was even great dealing with my dogs! I'd recommend this company to anyone! I will definitely use them in the future. :)

It's been a very difficult experience. We hired Barbosa in August 2018 to replace our metal duct work in townhouse (built in 1979) and add a few returns/grills. They sold us Antimicrobial ductwork and a REME HALO after sharing allergy sensitivities and my son's onset asthma. The antimicrobial ductwork is very cool but, unfortunately, the REME is typically not recommended for people with breathing problems. My son got back on an inhaler soon after and the air/HVAC is still not right in here. We ended up turning off the REME a week or so after they installed it but it was not removed until Jan 2019. Long story but an employee left the company and we recently learned that they never filed a permit for the initial job. Barbosa only responded when we submitted feedback on a questionnaire. They returned and added a much larger return 2 weeks ago and replaced the 4" filter which was filthy. However, during the visit, I was on a live video call with the COO of company when one of the workers broke through the ceiling directly above my desk. My boss saw the entire thing and took pics. Fortunately, no one was physically hurt but it was a big mess. Barbosa fixed the hole but have not addressed the need for a replacement air purifier in lieu of removing the REME. They told us we had a balance and the REME eliminated it? It's not true. The air in the house smells musty and we have brand new ductwork and the townhouse was remodeled (attic insulation removed, sanitized and replaced with new insulation at the time of initial work.) It's very discouraging bc my son feels better when he's not here. Please consider going elsewhere for you air conditioning needs.

Terry S. did an excellent job installing a garbage disposal on short notice, despite his hectic schedule one week before Christmas. I have recommended the Barbosa company to friends for years. They are a first-rate organization and they always put their clients first (this is very refreshing in this current business client). Terry S. and Jackie P. are clearly the best in the HVAC business - hands down!! It is truly my privilege to be a Barbosa customer.

JP and the Barbosa crew were fabulous. From the first phone call they were responsive and easy to work with. JP took the lead and worked with my tenants to make things as easy as possible. I needed a new HVAC installation and removal of an old HVAC unit including all new duct work. The installation team was detailed and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly and incorporated their work into anything existing in the house. It was all done in one day, they showed up on time and finished on time. When it was done the place looked like no one was ever there, the clean up was spotless. Each person that helped install including Jackie, Eric and the rest of the crew were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Thanks Barbosa!

David installed a new AC for me two weeks ago. He was so professional, honest, helpful and personable. He worked meticulously with me to make sure that the AC install didn't disrupt the flagstone patio I toiled over last summer. He really went way beyond the call to make sure that my system including my old air ducts were operating optimally. He made sure I was completely happy with all aspects of the job.

Jackie saved the day for me one Sunday last August when my former AC unit froze up. His rapid response never let the air temp in my house climb above 80. He is also very personable and helpful.

Buying a new AC is a big expense. Even so, I feel that I'm the one who came out ahead!
I like to always know who to call in case things go wrong with my house. I am happy to know that I can rely on the Barbosa team.
