Literally one of the best plumbing businesses around. My craftsman home is over 110 years old, I could not find a honest or trustworthy plumber in Grays Harbor to fix an old bathroom tub faucet. They fixed my bad faucet and for an amazing price compared to others that tried to cash in on my misfortune. Thanks again Barbos Plumbing will do business again!

Very disappointed with Barbos Plumbing. I called first thing in the morning to request a plumber come to repair my shower/bath, in my one and only bathroom. I was promised a call back from Dan the same day . I waited all day and the next day with no call back. I was told by other plumbers that they were booked 3 weeks out. I was fine with just trying someone else, but a promise to call that wasn't kept was the worst...just wasted my time. Olympic Plumbing Technology came out the next day and was so helpful and very professional. Aaron is having a part delivered next day to repair my 70 year old faucet. It is usually a stressful experience for most people when hiring a contractor to do work for them. I personally have had some pretty poor experiences when working with contractors. So when I decided to hire someone to rework some plumbing for a bathroom remodel I was very reluctant. I hopped on Yelp and searched for plumbers in my area and reached out to friends and family for referrals. I found a few high rated plumbers and called three of them to ask for a bid. Needless to say it was a disappointing experience until we met Dan. I was not able to be part of the initial walkthrough so some of the details of the project were not fully explained to Dan. When I received the initial bid I saw a few things that were beyond the scope of work that I required. I reached out to Dan and explained the project in more detail and asked for an adjusted bid to reflect the new scope of work. He had my new bid over later that evening. When his team began working on our project we ran into some issues with our old plumbing. Dan personally returned to my house and assessed the situation. This ended up requiring additional work to trace a plumbing line into another part of our home to fix the issue. I thought ""Oh, here we go"" this project just got a whole lot more expensive. I was pleasantly surprised when he handed me my bill and the price did not differ from the agreed upon bid. I think this speaks volumes for Dan's integrity and desire to take care of the customer. My whole experience with Barbo's was a great one. I am pleased with the work that was performed and relieved to have finally found a plumber I can trust. I will definitely call upon the team at Barbo's plumbing next time I need a plumber. I would highly recommend you give them a call if you want an honest plumber with integrity. You won't be disappointed.

Barbo's came out and took out old plumbing and put in brand new hook ups for two sinks, hot water heater, washer/dryer. I didn't know if we needed a new hot water heater and Dan walked me through some options and showed up the next day with a brand new one! The guys showed up on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and were super nice and easy to talk to. Dan got back to me quickly every time I had a question before they came out. I really appreciated that. Will absolutely hire again!!!!!!
