Straight to the point, Brenden is amazing. We've had him come by a few times now for various plumbing issues (replacing a faucet, changing out pipes, etc.) and every time he's been very accommodating and efficient. Most recently he came out the same day we called on a Sunday. How many plumbers do that. We had been dealing with an unknown leak. He came by twice that day to make sure he found the issue and even went out to get a replacement part and repair it that same day. He has been such a great find. I had a leaky kitchen faucet that I was planning to repair on my own, figured I'd just have to replace the cartridge. I went to turn off the (20-year old) water shutoff valve but that sprung a leak. Brenden came by on short notice & changed both valves to higher quality brass quarter-turn angle stop valves. He also installed the new kitchen faucet I had purchased & finished everything in a very efficient manner. Brenden was punctual & communicated well. Price was very reasonable, especially for a job done on the weekend. I will definitely use him for all future plumbing jobs & won't hesitate to recommend him to all family/friends!

I saw a post that Brenden made on ""Nextdoor"" about water heaters. I sent him a text and he replied right away. we set up an appt for the next day, he showed up and within 15 minutes the issue with our water heater was resolved. Brenden is very personable and took the time to troubleshoot the problem and didn't immediately say that we needed to get a new heater. I had a drain side leak on a toilet located on the second level of our townhouse that damaged the ceiling on the first level. Brenden instantly responded to my inquiry (on a Sunday) and we set up an appointment for a few days later. He let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time. Brenden removed the toilet, fixed the leak, and even replaced the water fill assembly at my request. He left the area very clean and everything works great. We were having problems with ""loose"" bathroom faucet; It was easy to arrange a time for Brendan to come out to fix the problem which he did in a matter of minutes without having to replace the faucet. I usually don't write reviews but after using Brenden and the service we received, I wanted to share because I know how hard it is to find someone you can trust. We needed to change our bathroom sink valves after finding out they were leaking after a home inspection. So we contacted Brenden after seeing reviews from others on our neighborhood app and we can see why!! We called him this morning and he came that same day and completed everything for us.
