I was experiencing problems with my gas water heater so I gave Banzai Plumbing a call based on his Yelp reviews. He scheduled an appointment for 8 am the next day and showed up right on time. Turns out the water heater needed to be replaced, so I decided to switch to an electric water heater. He returned the next morning with the new heater and had it installed in a couple of hours. The electrician couldn't make it out that day but Brenden offered to do a temporary hook-up so we could have hot water that night, but I said that's ok we'll wait 'til the next day. Brenden even called to next day to see if the electrician came by. Long story short: Brenden shows up on time, does a good job, and does care about his customers. Definitely worthy of a 5-star rating!

I read several great reviews on the Next Door app about Brenden Kimura of Banzai Plumbing, so I called him when my kitchen sink clogged up. On the scheduled day, he called and asked if it was okay if he came earlier, which was great. He snaked our main line and successfully cleared the clog. He cleaned up the area upon completion. His price was very very reasonable. I also spoke to him regarding swapping out my 14 year old water heater with a hybrid (heat pump) heater. He quoted me a price a couple of hundred dollars lower than another plumber. He instructed me to purchase the heater and he would pick it up, install the new one, and remove the old. On the schedule day, he promptly arrived and expertly installed the new heater. He also cleaned up the area before leaving. If you ever find yourself in needing a great plumber, call Banzai Plumbing. Fantastic work at a fantastic price.

I saw a post that Brenden made on ""Nextdoor"" about water heaters. I sent him a text and he replied right away. we set up an appt for the next day, he showed up and within 15 minutes the issue with our water heater was resolved. Brenden is very personable and took the time to troubleshoot the problem and didn't immediately say that we needed to get a new heater. If you are like me, I was skeptical about calling someone I didn't know or someone that wasn't recommended by family or friends. Call Brenden at Banzai Plumbing, You will be happy you did!

I had a leaky kitchen faucet that I was planning to repair on my own, figured I'd just have to replace the cartridge. I went to turn off the (20-year old) water shutoff valve but that sprung a leak. Brenden came by on short notice & changed both valves to higher quality brass quarter-turn angle stop valves. He also installed the new kitchen faucet I had purchased & finished everything in a very efficient manner. Brenden was punctual & communicated well. Price was very reasonable, especially for a job done on the weekend. I will definitely use him for all future plumbing jobs & won't hesitate to recommend him to all family/friends!

I can't say enough about Brenden and his professionalism, pride in his work, efficiency and reasonable prices. He's come to my aid a twice and did beautiful work. I have witnessed multiple awesome compliments from my community page and agree with them all. To find someone with so much pride in his work and honesty is a breath of fresh air. Straight to the point, Brenden is amazing. We've had him come by a few times now for various plumbing issues (replacing a faucet, changing out pipes, etc.) and every time he's been very accommodating and efficient. Most recently he came out the same day we called on a Sunday. How many plumbers do that. We had been dealing with an unknown leak. He came by twice that day to make sure he found the issue and even went out to get a replacement part and repair it that same day. He has been such a great find. I highly recommend calling him for all your plumbing needs.

I had a drain side leak on a toilet located on the second level of our townhouse that damaged the ceiling on the first level. Brenden instantly responded to my inquiry (on a Sunday) and we set up an appointment for a few days later. He let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time. Brenden removed the toilet, fixed the leak, and even replaced the water fill assembly at my request. He left the area very clean and everything works great.
