I usually don't write reviews but after using Brenden and the service we received, I wanted to share because I know how hard it is to find someone you can trust. We needed to change our bathroom sink valves after finding out they were leaking after a home inspection. So we contacted Brenden after seeing reviews from others on our neighborhood app and we can see why!! We called him this morning and he came that same day and completed everything for us. You can tell he cares about the quality of his work! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!

We were having problems with ""loose"" bathroom faucet; It was easy to arrange a time for Brendan to come out to fix the problem which he did in a matter of minutes without having to replace the faucet. He charged only for ""gas"" for coming out to our house. What a great plumber -- fair, efficient, and very competent! Will definitely recommend him to others and we will use his services for any other plumbing needs that we may have in the future.

REPEAT CUSTOMER! You won't find a better, fair priced, competent, and trustworthy plumber! When my faucets failed, I knew who I wanted to call. He came, uninstalled old faucet and then we noticed I had purchased the wrong faucet as the faucet height would not allow the medicine cabinet door to open. He rescheduled me as soon as my new units came in and installed them in within an hour. He's a young gentleman with a family and started his own company a little over 2 years ago. Brendan is our plumber for life and we recommend him highly to everyone without reservation! Support small business!

I was experiencing problems with my gas water heater so I gave Banzai Plumbing a call based on his Yelp reviews. He scheduled an appointment for 8 am the next day and showed up right on time. Turns out the water heater needed to be replaced, so I decided to switch to an electric water heater. He returned the next morning with the new heater and had it installed in a couple of hours. The electrician couldn't make it out that day but Brenden offered to do a temporary hook-up so we could have hot water that night, but I said that's ok we'll wait 'til the next day. Brenden even called to next day to see if the electrician came by. Long story short: Brenden shows up on time, does a good job, and does care about his customers. Definitely worthy of a 5-star rating!

Straight to the point, Brenden is amazing. We've had him come by a few times now for various plumbing issues (replacing a faucet, changing out pipes, etc.) and every time he's been very accommodating and efficient. Most recently he came out the same day we called on a Sunday. How many plumbers do that. We had been dealing with an unknown leak. He came by twice that day to make sure he found the issue and even went out to get a replacement part and repair it that same day. He has been such a great find. I highly recommend calling him for all your plumbing needs.

I saw a post that Brenden made on ""Nextdoor"" about water heaters. I sent him a text and he replied right away. we set up an appt for the next day, he showed up and within 15 minutes the issue with our water heater was resolved. Brenden is very personable and took the time to troubleshoot the problem and didn't immediately say that we needed to get a new heater. I had a leaky kitchen faucet that I was planning to repair on my own, figured I'd just have to replace the cartridge. I went to turn off the (20-year old) water shutoff valve but that sprung a leak. Brenden came by on short notice & changed both valves to higher quality brass quarter-turn angle stop valves. He also installed the new kitchen faucet I had purchased & finished everything in a very efficient manner. Brenden was punctual & communicated well. Price was very reasonable, especially for a job done on the weekend. I will definitely use him for all future plumbing jobs & won't hesitate to recommend him to all family/friends!
