Bannister Plumbing is first rate service. I have had the company come out to my custom home on several occasions (one for a serious kitchen island flood/reinstall) and each service call has been exemplary. The recent service was for the kitchen island drain and Jonathan was my tech. He was polite, prompt at diagnosis and resolved my issue. Very professional and highly recommend! They offer Star Club to save on yearly maintenance and repair fees.

Technicians are polite, well-groomed and always professional in manner and actions, They are very careful in entering a house to not track anything in and to keep the work area neat and clean, always restoring it to original condition.

I had both an AC system not working, blowing hot air and a clogged kitchen / laundry drain. These guys are not cross-trained so two different servicemen had to come out. The first to show was the AC tech. He spends less than 15 minutes looking at the system and then recommends that the entire system be replaced. He did no controls diagnostics, not even putting a multimeter on the contractor, capacitor or control board. The outside condenser unit is clean as a whistle, the inside A coil probably could be replaced, but don't you owe it to your customers to try something before saying you have to replace everything.

Then plumbing guy was even worse. He looks at the drain and says it's not draining, DUH! Sherlock. They wanted 250 to come back, 500 to run a camera down the drain and 800 to run a jet wash. What happened to the good old days of just running a snake down for a simple clog.

Avoid these scam artist at all cost. One they are used car salesman and two their techs don't have half a brain.

Recently moved into the area and have already used them three times. Each time they delivered excellent customer service. Treated my home respectfully (shoe covers), able to break down pricing and work efficiently to get the job done correct the 1st time. I will continue to use them.

I called Bannister plumbing to get an estimate on a repair. They charged me $69 for a bid that was $4050.00 and would not be available to do the repair for two weeks. An other well respected plumbing company came out on the same day, completed the job and only charged $565.00 to do the same job. The only excuse the Banister salesman could give me for the astronomical bid was, the price of materials have gone up because of Covid. We are talking about 30' of pex line! I would not recommend Banister Plumbing.

My property had an ongoing nightmare of a plumbing issue. After using a competing company numerous times, spending thousands of $, we still didn't have this issue fixed. I heard an ad for this company on the radio that they can repair pipes without tearing the house apart. We called them and even though we are outside of their usual service area but due to our plight, they sent someone out to help us. I'm pleased to say they fixed our issue!

It's been a long time since I seen a business run as well as Bannister Plumbing! They kept me notified of my status, sent a text of the Plumber and Name. Showed up on time in a cleaned and stocked truck. The plumber was friendly and dressed professionally. He explained what he was going to do and the exact cost. Then he inspected the plumbing related items of my house and made recommendations! If you ask if I would use them again, you betcha! Bannister's Plumbing is like business used and should be! Try them, you will be very pleased!
