I had Banghart plumbing out to unclog a drain, they did come quickly, and snaked the drain. Dave neglected to complete the job, when I called, I felt as if my business wasn't important to them so I had someone else complete it.

I got an estimate for a garage conversion that I am doing. I need to plumb in a bathroom, kitchen and laundry room.

What really impressed me was after I inquired on a Saturday about getting a bid they sent someone out the same day.

The man who came out was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was able to get me an estimate on site within a matter of about 45 minutes.

I am still in the process of getting bids. This company is high on my list and I am confident that if I hire them they would do a good job.

I'm very disappointed in my experience dealing with Dave and Banghart Plumbing. They were recommended to me by another plumber who was out of my area. They fit me in next day which I thought was a great sign. When Dave came out he told me he thought the problem was with the wax seal of my toilet (we had water on the floor and trim of the wall) but wanted a water specialist to come out and do thermal imaging. I was able to have the water specialist out same day, who confirmed Dave's diagnosis, and then called to reschedule Dave. Unfortunately, it was a week out.

I then called a few days prior to the appointment to confirm what all we needed to purchase (he had mentioned installing a new toilet) ahead of time so we were prepared. No one called me back.

I trucked on over to the store and purchased a new toilet, which came with a wax seal and all that and hoped that was all I needed.

Dave arrives, and my husband (as I could not take another day off of work) says that at first he wasn't sure what he was there to do. Then he refused to install the toilet we bought because its known to have issues. I either need to purchase one from them or buy a specific one which happens to be $250! Then reschedule them to come back out. He also told my husband they tried to call this morning, however I have no missed calls, plus that would have been too late to purchase a toilet prior to the appointment.

That would mean I now have to return the purchased toilet, buy a different, very expensive, above average price toilet, and then pay them to have it installed (on top of the price of thermal imaging the water issue). Thankfully, replacing a toilet can be done without a plumber, so I will end up taking care of it myself.
