If you are considering using this company I highly recommend you get an estimate and price up front and IN WRITING, the quality of work is ok but if you do not get a price before work starts you WILL BE SCREWED I guarantee it. I will not be using these people for any job in the future and I have let my neighbors and family members know about their business practices so they won't be ripped off like I was. Work excellent but $200 for 20 mins work gave me a heart attack. They refused to give me a price on the phone ahead of time and when I queried the invoice they said they charge for ""travel"" time. (They're 15 mins down the road from me.) Never book anyone without a firm price unless you have money to burn. Good work - no complaints there - but at a shocking price that I really couldn't afford.

Surprised no previous reviews! Noticed a puddle and rust under my ancient hot water heater around 3pm on a Friday and had a new hot water heater installed before 5pm. Previous issues have been similarly taken care with efficiency, courtesy, and reasonable prices.
