On December 31st our hot water heater had a complete failure as aresult a water leak that shorted out all electrical components. i contacted my usual plumbing company and was informed by telephone message that they were closed for the holiday weekend and would respond to messages on Monday. Feeling a need to start repairs as soon as possible, i called Banach'Plumbing. Andy recomended a plumbing supply company and heater manufacturer. i texted Andy with the tracting of the heater daily. The heater arrived several days later at 1:30 pm. At 2:30 Andy arrived and installed the heater. We had hot water that afternoon.
Andy was at all times professional and courteous. He was helpful and insured that all my questions were answered. He is competent and his cost was very resonable. My family looks forwad to again calling on Banach's Plumbing should the need arrise.
