mr. Bamford called me back on a Sunday afternoon to give me 15 minutes of his time to walk me through some suggestions on my problem. Most companies you can't even reach them on a weekend but he gave me his time and expertise so openly. I appreciate his time.

Totally in agreement with all the other 5-star reviews. We are new to Baltimore and are remodeling an old house. My husband found this company here on Yelp. Although it was a weekend, Doug added us to his already busy schedule and kept us updated on when he would be available. He finally got to us on Sunday afternoon and worked until it was done 4 hours later. It was a nasty clog in an old toilet in a very old house with previous generations of owners of dubious DIY skills. So glad we found this company!

Doug Bamford was completely professional, thorough, and honest when working on a kitchen sink leak and outdoor bib repair. He was readily available via phone and text. He completed his work as described. He provided a thorough explanation - both written and verbally - for all the work that was done. He was completely reputable and great to work with. His pricing was reasonable and fair. I would highly HIGHLY recommend him for any work that you need for your home. He would be our go to for any work in Harford County, Maryland!!

So nice as a homeowner to have a plumber you can rely on! Polite, professional, prompt. Very responsive to calls/texts.
With generations of knowledge behind him, Doug knows well the pipes and drains of years gone by not just the brand new pretty stuff of new construction. He is willing to explain the issue, suggest courses of action and give pricing up front. He does what he can to work with the existing and doesn't pressure sell new or high end items to pad his bill.
We were referred to him for our kitchen sink and he did such a great job we have called him again. He was neat, and did the work within the quote given, even when some of the parts ended up costing him more.

Very professional and comforting to know that the plumber hired is willing to think outside the box rather than suggest an outrageous solution that would cost a lot of money.

I am inexperienced with the pricing scheme, so I cannot speak on how cheap or expensive the services are. However, if I were to say anything negative, it would be that there were no receipts (probably because I didn't ask for any).

Other than that I would highly recommend him for coming off hours and keeping in good contact and communication throughout.

Will is great. He's extremely personable, and talks you through the problem in order to ensure that you understand the cause of the problem. If something comes up, and he's not able to make it, he will call and let you know well ahead of time.

I checked Yelp before scheduling my plumbing service and these folks were at the top of the local list.

They didn't disappoint.

My wife had to handle the visit since I was at work. She HATES to deal with contractors as they typically try to rip her off (she is quite timid).

Bamford came through with exactly the service (well, actually more than expected) for less than I had budgeted for the repairs.

So hats off to these honest plumbers (two words that aren't often in the same sentence at the same time).
