Doug is great. First you make the call... over the phone you tell him the problem. He gives you a quick overview of what he believes is the problem and a rough estimate. You schedule a time. He is quick, responsive and on time. On the job he is professional and explains everything in great detail (even when it's clear some of us know absolutely nothing about plumbing). He does the work which exceeds expectations and then you get the bill and it is significantly less than his rough estimate because he was able to fix the problem without any difficulties. I have used him twice now and referred him numerous times. I'm glad he's young-ish because he will be our plumber for a very long time.

Our issue was a very leaky bathtub faucet. He was able to replace the ball joint easily (had the parts on hand) and resolve the issue. While here he also took a look at a toilet that took a long time to refill it's tank after flushing. He cleaned our line of sand residue and now it works perfectly.

Doug is great. He is fair, professional, and responsive. He is very detail oriented and I'm very satisfied with the end result. Doug replaced a cracked 4 inch cast iron pipe at my house. He came to the house as scheduled and finished the job and received approval from the permit office. Now Doug is working on my other plumbing projects around the house. I trust his recommendations.

Contacted plumber to install a sink in my bathroom. Plumber was very nice over the phone, however, he was not a man of his word. I had to call the plumber several times to find out when he could perform the service. Contractor told me he would call me after he drafted an estimate. I never heard back from the plumber. I don't understand why he would not contact me for business. I think it is unprofessional. It's unfortunate because I have several properties in Baltimore and he will be losing out in business. I called Roto Rooter. They were very professional and installed my sink the day of. I did not have to call them several times to get service. I highly recommend calling Roto Rooter if you are looking for a plumber.

Doug originally came out to give me an estimate. It turned out that the work that I thought needed to be done was not necessary. Rather than return at a later time, he did the work then and there. He was very careful with my old galvanized pipes and was able to clear the clog from my drain. I am so appreciative for this company. In the middle of having tile floors installed we lost all water. When you're on a well, that's a big deal! I encouraged my dad to call this company based solely on reviews. Doug came out within twelve hours and worked so hard to get our water running again! He could have told my old, gullible dad that he needed a new well pump in addition to the electrical fix necessary to get the water going again. Instead, he was fair, honest, and got the job done for a great price. Guys like this make customers for life, and my family is one of them for sure!

Doug is the complete bundle. Competent Plumber, personable, reliable, honest, not overpriced (like a lot of them are) Does great job for a fair price! We just had him replace our tub faucets, sink, and toilet (replaced the original for an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) model higher off the floor as the old one was too low for me as I have health issues) what a difference that made! He's coming back to install a water pressure regulator as my home water pressure feed is too high. If you have an urgent problem he always tries to work you into his schedule as he has with the water pressure issue. Our bathroom looks great, everything works flawlessly, and my wife loves it!, I've had several Plumbers one or 2 did shoddy work, overcharged, etc. Not this guy. Give him a try!
