Todd was very responsive. He was able to quickly diagnose why my sink drain was not draining properly and then his plumber Jose fixed the problem quickly. My sink is now draining well.

Revising my previous review. From 2010 to roughly 2020, Todd had been a great, trusted resource for many plumbing and some non-plumbing issues/jobs. Smart guy, reliable, thinks outside the box to solve issues.
Then, things changed.
While the vast majority of plumbers in this area charge between $110-130/hour, apparently over the past few years, he's decided he's worth, not just a little bit, but WAY more than any other local plumber.
On the last job he did for me, he neglected to tell me this. He then tried to charge me what worked out to $242/hour. Um, no. He offered to lower it to $200/hour. Um, no.
I'm willing to pay the going rate (see above), or maybe even $150/hr for someone great. Or maybe even $175 for a special situation. But not $200 or $242.
He is also EPA certified. OK fine. But he tried to charge me $750 for mold remediation that another vendor quoted ~$100 for the same work.
We have since resolved our differences. All good there.
So, if money is not an object to you, go ahead and hire Todd. Like I said, he's smart and he'll find a solution for your issue.
However, be aware, ask him up front what his hourly rate is, before you proceed. And if you have a mold issue, ask him what he will charge you before agreeing to the work.

Todd the owner is a real craftsman, stand up company. I would recommend him any day.

Thanks Todd, you save the day.

Only 5 stars? I needed to call Todd again this morning. I just wanted to know how I should handle an issue that occurred. Next thing I knew Todd was knocking on my door. Check the issue out, no charge.
Other contractors should take lessons from Todd on how to treat their customers.

Since posting this review, Todd harassed me by phone to remove this review. I finally had to stop answering his calls becasue they were so rude.

Similar to one of the above stories. I have a drain that clogs about every year. Todd had been out to clean it out at least once before. The first time he came out to do it I was there and he was giving me a bunch of BS about a camera and how the lines under the foundation were probably collapsed etc. I asked him to just snake it and we'd go from there. Of course it was snaked and drained fine. The next year when the same issue came up I was out of town and the wife called him to fix it. Well, unfortunately Todd was more able to persuade my wife of the dire situation we were in. He cut out a 10 foot section of pipe under the house and replaced it. He charged my wife $1000, quite a bargain given it should have been much more(so he said to her). After I returned 2 weeks later, I looked at what he had done. He removed a perfectly good section of galvanized pipe, replaced it with ABS pipe without any support so it had a sag and uphill flow path. He left the old pipe under the house along with all the drain water he spilled(no bucket?) which stunk until I removed the pipe myself. And best of all, the exact same problem happened a year later. Same clog, same location...There is only the kitchen sink that drains through this line and unfortunately this 70 year old house has a 90 degree elbow that collects sediment. I snaked it with a rental snake for $50 and it's back to normal for another year. He's a crook and dishonest. I would never use him, and recommend everyone stay away from this lousy example of human indecency.

I'm not joking when I say, ""I will NEVER call another plumber again, period.""
Todd Bambino breaks all the stereotypes about shady, rip off, unreliable contractors. He's exactly opposite. I found him to be professional, affordable, honest, super nice and, most importantly, he definitely knows his stuff.
We discovered our water heater leaking and called a company to come take a look. You know the company on the 'emergency gas shutoff' sticker they send you in the mail. The company that came out quoted us $2800 for a new water heater and installation. Upon a referral, I called Todd. The entire job ended up being WAY cheaper and he had it ordered and installed by the following morning saving us a ton of $$ and a ton of headache.
Our water heater fiasco was horrible timing but at least I know I got great service and a great rate from a trustworthy plumber. That's sometimes hard to come by these days. My sincere thanks to Todd @ Bambino's Plumbing Service for doing a great, quick job installing our water heater.
