I called the company and left a message and the call was returned the next day by Matt Venghaus. He told me he could squeeze me in and I asked him to call me when he was on his way so I could meet him at the house. He didn't and began asking my children for supplies he should've had to do a simple job. He proceeded to get on my roof. When I arrived he informed me that I had a broken pipe under my house. He told me he could fix for a certain amount and asked me to write a check to "Blank". I asked him I thought it would be made out to Bam. He told me the reason he wanted me to put it blank was because his name was too long. He said he would order a part and try to get it fixed by end of the week. By the end of the week he said it hadn't come in. I had to keep calling. He would not answer calls and occasionally a text. Then it got to the point almost 2 weeks later with no kitchen sink and 5 children at home. I decided to get someone else to come out. The other plumber fixed in less than a hour and charged me way less. Matt finally text me @ 10 at night telling me he would know more about a $700 machine to fix my problem. I told him I had someone else fix it and I wanted my money back. He didn't respond till I said I would show up at his office the next day if he didn't return my money. He responded the next day saying it would be in the mail. That was four days ago and yet to receive check and will not answer my call.
